Furnishings for dolls are just miniaturized furniture. Scales will vary for each doll size. Furnishing can be "interior" or "exterior" and are used to create a background or scene. Props are generally similar to furnishing and some can be part of or considered furnishing or a scene, but props are to scenes like accessories are to dolls, although some props can be considered accessories too.
