Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       How was the communication?
      Great. I got an order confirmation and shipping notice with tracking number through email. Because of their head event I asked on their Q&A board if I could get a Kliff head instead of a random head (33% chance of getting a Kliff). They replied fast (within two days) that they could not promise anything, but I could still place my event head request in the order comment box when placing the order. I got a Kliff head, so I'm happy.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy with Paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      I place my order an paid on the 23rd, I received a confirmation the next day and my order was shipped on the 28th. That's less than a week!

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, very much.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, even the default wig I received fits nicely on the head. (Which was not always the case with default wigs I've received from other companies.)
      The A body does have a bit of a belly pop, but does not have any unpleasant surprises. It poses as well as I expected from the pictures on the website.

      They did not email me prior to shipping, but I received a lovey card with my doll, and the shipping was so fast it was hard to believe.

      with paypal it was easy

      My doll must have shipped the day I ordered him, he was on my doorstep in under a week.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes I feel so. Even the default wig they sent was of beautiful quality

      Yes, though the head is blank as I ordered it without face up so I can't testify to the quality of company face ups.

      It was great. I asked first on their Q&A because the white skin option wasn't available. They replied me right away and fixed it, so I made the order after that.

      They sent my body the following day! September 2nd.

      The quality is really good and I'm very pleassed with the body. It was appropiate for the price. They also sent me an extra pair of boy hands and black eyelashes as a gift!

      uhm...my parents did that part xDD but i suppose, that there weren't any complications...we paid per bank transfer...

      because I ordered face-up, it took about one week to ship...
      they ship so quickly! I received the shipping notification last friday, and she arrived this tuesday.

      I think yes...but her left arm double joint doesn't "work", it always slips...
      but they sent me 4 pairs of eyelashes!! xDD I just asked for one...^^
