  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       DSAM35s Orijean and SA Orijean faceplate

      I ordered through www.dollstown.com who is currently conducting all the Dollshe orders.

      * How was the communication?
      Communication is very fast once you figure out how to navigate the Dollstown board. I had several add-ons for my order and this was done quickly and efficiently. They also post when they receive funds and when they ship!

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Super easy through paypal with the option of cash or credit payments.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Once the dolls were ready, they were shipped and arrived within five days to USA.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Exactly!

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      I am SO satisfied with the new boys!

      * When did you order? June 6th 2009
      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Directly through Dollshe via Dollstown
      * How was the communication? Good for most part.
      * How easy was it to pay? Always easy as they let you know it would be same as DT and I have bought enough of their dolls to know the drill.
      * How long did it take to ship? It took 4 weeks total to get here. I was never informed of EMS tracking so quite surprised.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Considering what the older versions sell for yes very happy. But still want an older version.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Very much so but less intimidating.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very just need to understand how this very jointed body works as far as standing and sitting.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
      * Would you order from this company again? Oh yes in fact if not able to find Bernard old version if and when he comes out will get him that way.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes as long as looked a bit different then mine, don't want twins.

      I used the English ordering board at the Dollstown website.

      * How was the communication?
      Good. It tooka bit of getting used to the board, but communication was fast.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy with Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      About a month. It was what I expected.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      The head itself was perfect, but the value on the custom forms was marked down to $150 while I only asked for an invoice in the box for Dutch customs. I don't understand why Dollshe would mark down a $180 head to $150. Dutch customs charges fees for anything over $50 so there wasn't much to be gained with a $30 mark down.

      Nice, they answered all my questions.

      By Paypal, they told me the address, so easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      About 3-4 weeks.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Quality is AWESOME for that price. It totally worth.

      He look better than the pictures!

      Yes, 100%

      DSAM 32 Saint doll plus a Orijean head in pale skin. No face up and no sanding.

      20 june. Paid immediatly.

      Through Dollstown. Dollshe english board.

      Very nice and very fast. I received two invoices to pay in few hours, depending on the paypal founds used.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      By Paypal, very easy and fast.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Ultra fast. I received my doll just today, june 30 (so 10 days including shipping!). Never received a new doll so fast ^^ It surprised me.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, indeed. The doll is a way better than in the photos.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      As I said, a way better for my taste. I was not sure at first... ^^

      100%

      Sadly for my wallet yes, probably XD

      Fairly good during the payment process. I did not receive further communication about shipping, however.

      Very easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Not exactly sure as I was not told when it shipped, however it arrived within less than a month.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes. I was incredibly impressed with it.

      Yes, if not better.

      Yes I do think so! It is my first BJD. Due to my experienced friend, DS's new doll is made in really detail with extreme care. I do think it is worth it!
