      * How was the communication?
      Excellent. I was informed when everything was shipped and when it should arrive. Feedback was also left promptly.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      With Paypal, only takes a few clicks. Also noting that it was easy on the wallet as well, as they combine their shipping from Ebay sales, making it very affordable to get everything here.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Box arrived today so took 11 days. Not bad.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, everything matched up.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      I still am. They also included a little gift with my purchase, and I thought that was very thoughtful.

      They apologized and that's all I wanted. Shipping only one magic eraser would be kind of silly. So problem solved and everyone is happy.

      Very. They were beautiful and well packaged.

      Close enough. There's always some slight variation to be had when you're dealing with streaked wigs.

      VERY good. I asked a ton of questions and they were very prompt with replying.

      There was a little mess up with payment, but it was easily fixed. The invoice never sent, so I just send the payment through paypal directly. (I had EMS shipping added on)

      * How long did it take to ship?
      about two days. I ordered EMS shipping.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      YES. Even though people complain the stands are $70-80 (shipped), they are WORTH IT. They are the best quality stands I've ever seen, and I would not buy any other companies now.

      Yes

      Absolutely!! The stand even withstood a shaking table at a con.

    9. I can't remember when I ordered them, but it was this year...

      I bought a set of kips from CoolCat. the price was great and they shipped so fast I was blown away. It is just unfortunate that the doll I bought them for was not well suited for kips, but I can hang onto them for another doll...

      I love Coolcat stuff and am always happy to buy their products, even secondhand.

      The system by which they operate is simple and effective. Not a lot of "conversational" communications but the instructions left on the website and the invoices are very clear.

      Very easy. Just have to wait for the total including shipping via e-mail.

      A little over a week. So very quick for registered airmail.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Most definitely!

I picked Airmail. I maaaaay have gotten a shipping notice, but I think that I may have deleted it. >>;; So that's not CC's fault; it's mine.

      Super easy. I paid with PayPal.

      I think that I deleted the shipping notice, so I don't remember when it shipped. But I picked and paid for Airmail on the 3rd and today's the 12th. So a little more than a week.

      Most definitely. Cool Cat makes some of my favorite wigs.
