Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.       The automated emails are excellent. Received emails on order confirmation, payment confirmation and shipping confirmation. I havent contacted them personally via Q&A or email so cant comment on that.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Via Paypal - very easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      The order was shipped out from Souldoll on 23rd September 2009 and arrived at my door after 3 working days via EMS.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, the outfit is very nice and detailed. The same with the shoes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes :).

      Not applicable for my case.

      Not bad at all! They were quick to answer questions any time I had them.

      Okay, here I had an issue. The doll took ten weeks to manufacture, and another week to ship, then another two weeks for me to pick her up since I can only receive my post on specified days. I have to plan my mail pickups around shipping schedules, and since the company told me 7 weeks maximum, I couldn't plan accordingly. It was pretty frustrating. Honestly, if I had known it would take this long I probably wouldn't have ordered her from the company, but I still would have tried to find one second-hand because she really is a gorgeous doll!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I would say so. Very good quality, but for the price I expected quicker manufacture.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      Very! But, again, the wait was a little much.

      No, the eyes were so badly pixelated that they sent me out another pair. That still looked practically nothing like the promotional pictures of the eyes. They still looked pixelated, I have dollmore eyes acrylic that look way less pixelated and look more like the promotional pictures than the NP 32 eyes. These are the worst eyes I ever bought. The NP series of eyes don't look like the promos from my opinion. I paid $42 with airmail shipping for these eyes.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? They sent me another pair, that was "slightly" better but still pixelated, you still see noticeable pixelation dots. But maybe that's how the eyes are supposed to look and if that's how they are supposed to look, their promo pictures are way off. Atleast they tried fixing my problem by sending me another pair. But the quality is not there.

      * Would you order from this company again? Yes, but not the [NP eyes series]. I have a different pair of souldoll eyes. P47 [Premium eyes] 16mm and they actually look like the promo pictures, with no pixelation.
