It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       I will never buy DollFactory on the secondary market again!

      I ordered a Senior Bobo, and the little Marilyn Monroe dress for the small Bobo I already had. I got an E-mail from doll factory about 4 days after I ordered:
      Hello Chuuie
      Thank you for your order.
      But we think that you have placed incorrect order.
      The dress(DFO-04) you have selected is not a clothing for senior BOBO.
      The dress is very small and a outfit for 12cm pet-ari.
      Please let know us what dress you want.
      And if you would pay extra $20 for the dress,we could make a same dress for senior BOBO.
      Even if you would not pay extra $20,we will make the dress for senior BOBO and ship out with your doll.

      I find it extremely thoughtful of them do bother looking at the order and see that I might have made a potetial error, and to bring it to my attention. If I had been confused about the dress size, really it would be my own fault for being negligent. For them to let me know to prevent disappointment is very kind, and to offer making it for me in the larger size is also very considerate.
      However, what takes the cake is offering to make it WITHOUT CHARGING ME EXTRA is above and beyond the call of duty. To do something like that to repair what woudl have been MY error is so outstanding, I cant express enough how impressed and pleased I am.
      I will NEVER buy another DollFactory doll secondhand... I will only order them straight from the company to give them my patronage because of their extreme generosity and kindness.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Possibly but I would rather buy directly.

      * When did you order? October 2008 then April 2009
      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Direstly both times.
      * How was the communication? I asked a question about a wig for Pinee & got well written next-day replies. Basicly, excellent ^-^
      * How easy was it to pay? Very.
      * How long did it take to ship? Pinee was shipped only 11 days after ordering her - less than half the time said on the website (3 weeks). I'm still waiting on Anne but she's well within her time limit ^-^ (also 3 weeks).
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, my Pinee is very good quaity resin & good to pose.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, I ordered Pinee with the Yukata which is also identical to pictures.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very very happy ^-^
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A although I did use their Q&A section (not for a problem) and reply was prompt and well written if you did have a problem.
      * Would you order from this company again? Already did ^-^ But definately would again.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Possible but the company themselves are so good that it would have to be a very good offer.
