It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       there was an issue that they listed the doll came with a kangbo on the website. BC decided it was a typo they forgot to update and left it at that. So no Kangbo was sent

      The MistyRose resin wasn't fully tested and it faded within a month. BC later admitted that the resin is prone to fading and suggested the doll be stored in a box never to see sunlight

      BC makes lovely dolls that pose well but the quality control varies as well as the reliability of customer service. I personally have decided I'm not one to play Russian Roulette with my money. I would recommend if you want to buy from the company buy at the beginning of an ordering period not closer to the end

      The company never took responsibility for the over sanded areas on my tan doll, not even the knee area that is not considered a gate part. The sanding caused horrible discoloration of the doll but there was no agreement from the company that there was a problem.

      While the Tan Gun doll was a mess, the Elf Lotti head and body were nice but I am not a gambler. With all the new dolls coming out, I will not take a 50/50 chance of getting a quality product from a company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

      The doll is beautiful and I love her to death. BUT when I got her, her rare irreplaceable eyelashes where crushed. When I ordered my kumi they said they would give me another pair. I never received them.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? My PePe did, except the crushed eyelashes.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? They didn't. But-I still love they're dolls.
