      What did you order?

      One doll with accessories, later order made up of reservation wigs.

      When did you order?

      March and May, 2007.

      How was the communication?

      Great! I needed replacement hands for my Alley due to an accident, and they put them on the site just for me. :)

      How easy was it to pay?

      Paypal, no fuss.

      How long did it take to ship?

      I got my first order, my Alley, in less then a week. She was shipped out same day of order. The second order took longer, but it primarily consisted of reservation wigs. That order got here in the estimated time. :)

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      My Gaia is wonderful, and everything I've gotten from them is just as nice. Wonderful! :)

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      Yes, completely.

      Were you satisfied with the product?

      Very much yes!

      How was the communication?

      -Fine. I didn't ask any questions but I was notified by e-mail when my payment was confermed and when my order shipped.

      How easy was it to pay?

      - Very. I just went to PayPal and sent the money.

      How long did it take to ship?

      - 4 days. Very quick :)

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      -Absolutley. The wrist joints squeek a little but that will fade in time and it's the only thing I don't like.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      -Yes. If anything it's better in person.

      Were you satisfied with the product?

      -Yes. They also sent me two little cleaning sponges, a lollypop, and a photocard, which I thought was a nice gesture.

      Awesome! They really helped me learn how to pay with the Paypal system and where very kind to me.

      Yes.

      Very quickly! No longer than a week.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes! Her face-up was well done and the outfit she came in was excellently made.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      The only difference I noted was eye size and color differences in the clothing, but nothing else. =3

      Were you satisfied with the product?

      Yes! She was sent very well and I received a tasty lollipop and photo of Winter Special Alley as well.

      Very easy, just a normal Paypal transaction.

      I was amazed at how fast they shipped. Lysander was in my hands in a week or less.

      Absolutely. Lovely doll, excellent face-up, and wonderful materials and attention to details on the clothing.

      How was the communication?
      Very good, what little of it there was needed. All email regarding order and payment were sent very quickly. And I appreciated the email letting me know that they were backed up in orders due to the sale and shipments would be slightly delayed.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Paypal, so simple I was sure I had messed it up for the two minutes or so it took to get the email saying my payment had been received.

      How long did it take to ship?
      It shipped on October 8, 2007. However, they were off for a holiday and I ordered towards the end of their sale, so its really shipped quicker then it sounds.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Very much so. I got him on sale, but he would be well worth the normal retail price. I'm so impressed I'm planing on getting a second Favian head and a girl body to be his twin sister.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Exactly, the only difference being his eyes which I knew would be random. He was even shipped with the same wig he is pictured with. (That wig wasn't quite what I wanted for him but its perfect for my girl doll. I do plan on ordering a different wig for him from Cherish.)

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Totally. He's great quality, poses well, and was packaged so well that he remained uninjured even through whatever nonsense the post office did to the shipping box which arrived to me with a giant hole in it.

      Great, and they honored my requests.

      How easy was it to pay?
      No problems there. I paid with Paypal.

      I month and 1 day. They did let me know about a delay, which I had prepared for, knowing I ordered during a busy event.

      Definitely :3

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      I got him without face-up or clothes, but yes. Also the tan skin is like in the images, softly brownish.

      I paid by Paypal, so it was very easy.

      My order shipped within 14 days of ordering on October 14th.

      The quality is extremely nice. I was not expecting something so nice for the price I paid. The doll was well made, poses amazingly, and the resin feels good.

      Very good; an email sent at each step of the process.

      Shipped: June 2nd
      Arrived in the USA: June 4th

      And I was able to track the item's process as they sent the tracking number with the shipping information.

      Yes, very nice quality

      A new faith boy body, a chubby demon head with faceup, and some clothing items.

      Late night on May 31, 2008.

      How was the communication?
      Very quick! After I made my payment, I realized I had bought the older body as opposed to the newer one. I left a message of the board and was quickly responded to. I was able to send the additional $10 for the body, and Cherish was wonderful about it.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy using Paypal. Once I got the order confirmation from Cherish in my email, I just simple logged into Paypal and sent payment to them.

      How long did it take to ship?
      My order arrived a week after ordering, even after being stuck in customs for a day.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely! :D

      Yup! Chubby is the epitome of cute!

      I didn't need to talk to them but was sent payment confirmation and shipping
      confirmation via email.

      How easy was it to pay?
      You have to manually pay them when using paypal but thats easy enough.
      (no automatic invoicing system)

      How long did it take to ship?
      It shipped within 10 minutes of paying, amazing. ordered tuesday, arrived on friday in Australia.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The boots were pretty expensive but they have great detail and quality. So yes.
