Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I commissioned a face-up from Brittany and though we hit some bumps in the road, in whole due to my inabilty to adequately express what I had in mind for him, she remained friendly and was a pleasure to deal with through it all.

      She answered each and every single one of my annoying and newbish questions, and trust me, I had plenty of those since this was the first time I sent my boy out for a face-up. :sweat

      Brittany kept me informed every step of the way and even started all over to get things right to better fit the vision that I had for him. In the end, we were able to get it right and while I was worried, when he arrived, I was more than pleased with the face-up job she did. :aheartbea :aheartbea

      She works quick and ships quick also.

      I would definitely recommend her. I was her first customer and I know that she's bound to get better and better at this along the way. :D

      I bought a pair of eyes from Brittany.
      I paid for registered airmail but she shipped by SAL and the package was lost.
      I asked a refund because she used a different kind of shipping method that I didn't want, plus I paid for registered shipping, but she didn't refund me at all!

    16. I bought a pair of MSD pants from Our_Fate.
      Communication was good and she's very friendly. Willing to hold them form me until I had fixed some things.

      Shipping was delayed though, but she did notify me eventually. After that, quick shipping (about 7 days)
      Received the pants today in good order. Thanks again :D

    17. IMPORTANT

      Will not ship to Italy anymore!
      Packages obviously get lost to there, as seen from millions of sellers online!
      So to avoid problems I refuse to ship there.
      Lost packages are NOT MY FAULT!

Always kept me up do date, was swift to pay (and by my required method, too!) and ship that payment by mail, and even notified me of the boy's progress on his way to his new home.     20. I bought an Angell-Studio Kana doll from Our_Fate. The doll arrived fast and in great condition. She kept constant communication and kept me up to date about when she was going to send Kana out. She was great to do business with and was nice as can be. :) I'd definitely do business with her again.
