Cherry Castle dolls!

Oh, I see now. They are misspelled on Ebay. Cherry Castel. I think I just happened upon them a couple weeks ago. Looking for tiny bjds. A link is here provided by someone else. I really want one. I would like to see real photos first though.

Oh, Lulu is so beautiful. Good choice.
She is a larger one then what I collect.
I guess I am down to the tiniest size. The 1/12 doll size.
I wonder which 1/12 one I would get? If I could. There are 4 tiniest to choose from.

 

I received my doll on 10/05. I'm verry unhappy !

First, I ordered my doll on 08/27 . They say it will take 2 weeks for make the doll.
I was waitng 2 weeks, and I asked to them what about my doll ?

Hi, I received my doll but I'm very dissatisfied". For me it's a bad and unfinished work . The head a defect...she seems like an aegg or an alien. Articulation of the right leg as a defect too and is unfinished. Arms dont pose the same way...sanding is not finished. The nose is not the same. It 's more fne and longer. I'm so disapointed...waitin a long time and have so problems for receing something like that ?

You know wors is that head...it's enormous. If you want a good reputation...you should not act like that with your customers.
I think the most of your customers will be not in your country. You told about anai.com...but actually they havent a good reputation. Before they were good but now...

top of skull... the head is completely deformed . I think I need a payback for the all ...I join other phots , one from you and one from me.

That is so sad. I see the problems. Long head, knee and mismatch resin.
Oh, I feel bad for you. Thank you so much for letting us know.

There is no way they should have released such a doll product to you. NO excuse for that. I am afraid maybe they did not want to lose the sale and hurried to give you this doll. That is not good. Bad reputation for a company. They should refund you for the entire doll when you send it back. If is not even fair you should have to pay for shipping. Maybe you can use that $30 for the shipping and ask them for the money back. How can you trust them though?

I can somewhat understand if they need more time to finish doll. I mean, it is not ideal of course, but they cannot send such a bad doll to anyone. If you look at the Ebay photos, maybe the legs are mismatched in resin tone. I am not sure about that. Still, why would you want that.

The head and the knee are especially bad and no excuse to release such a doll to a customer.

Today I received my little (1/12) LuoLuo and I've got to say I am pretty happy with him. His left knee doesn't meet perfectly but he stands quite well and is not nearly as kicky as some of my other tinies. I am considering dremmeling the knee to fit better, but really don't have to since it bends fine for sitting and he stands so well (it is very unlikely I will ever dress him in shorts or anything that would show the fault). His face up is gorgeous. I will be getting eyes into him hopefully later today (already have a wig that I love on him) and finding some Tommy clothes he looks nice in and will get some photos up. Overall, I am quite happy with him and am sorry to hear about (and see!) the troubles with the larger dolls.

Well, here he is (did I get those eyes right - hard to tell?)! You can see where the left knee doesn't quite match up as it should but I still think he's adorable! Apologies for the little dolly nekkidness.

 

kameo, I hope you really can get back your money if you want to. It is not right.

Darkstar - You had an okay experience with them, huh? Oh, I was really ready to not give them the time of day. I still don't know if I would.

Yes, I think it's rotten what they sent kameo. That head does look like an alien and the knees are horrible! I found out this evening that he is too big for Tommy clothes, so I am going to try some of what I have for my Banji boy. I may have to roll up the pants legs a little, but otherwise it should be okay. I'll get photos up when I have him dressed. Also need to lay him out so I can trace him and try to make some patterns. I'll also take some photos of him with my Zeppelin Brownie, Fidelia and my boy Banji so you can get a better idea of size (he seems to be about perfect size for Fidelia - I believe he was advertised as being 12 cm). I'm not sure what to advise you. I had a mostly good experience (although I did not get my bunny parts that I was supposed to - but they did send me some nice re-ment and some Tommy shoes, but he can't wear them - feet are too big! - guess Toadstool just got some new shoes!). He takes size 8 eyes and a pukipuki size wig but it needs to be about a 4 or very stretchy (luckily I got a great one from Raw Kiss - wasn't sure who was going to get it - now I know).

 

I try to have a refund or another doll but they don't want ! They say I just want a free doll ...and maybe I've broken my doll !
They also said that all their heads are like that and if I'm not happy I have to chage the wig and rubber !
They send me a photo of a doll they made today...

kameo, I am so sorry for the experience you had with them! Guess I got very lucky, but I doubt I'll be buying any more from them based on how they treated you! That is so not right! Clearly the head cap on that doll is not shaped correctly. And she looks nothing like the sleeping head! Well, I didn't get my bunny parts that I was supposed to get, but I'm not even asking based on the way they are treating you!

Here are some more photos of Flick, my little 1/12 Luo Luo:



He is wearing clothes I got from Dollmore for my boy Banji. Sleeves and legs are a little long on him, but he's too big for Kelly/Tommy clothes. Couldn't find any shoes around here the right size! He's wearing a pukipuki size wig (around a 4 and stretchy) from Raw Kiss.



Comparison photo of height: Elfdoll 14 cm tiny, Banji Dio boy, Luo Luo, Brownie and Nari-pon. He's a nice middle height. Sure wish he fit into those Tommy clothes though!

 

My doll has a misshapen head too but no other problems that I can see. They told me the head was made that way so that wigs will fit better but I think it will make it harder to find a wig that will fit.
The bunny parts I received are really nice though!
