It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. We're not looking for whether or not you actually liked the sculpt or style of the item, but we'd love to know how you felt about the quality and customer service!

      You might consider including the following information:

      * What did you order?
      * When did you order?
      * How was the communication?
      * How easy was it to pay?
      * How long did it take to ship?
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

    2. Haha, just cause I'm bored and wanna fill something out! (Not to mention this is the only one of my dolls that came straight from a company)

      * What did you order?
      NS DollShe Hound with faceup, and two wigs
      * When did you order?
      February 2006
      * How was the communication?
      It usually took them a couple of days to answer, but when they did, they were very friendly and patient with me and my 'hounding' questions.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, I used debit/credit card.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      I received him two months and five days from the day I ordered him. Technically speaking, they confirmed my order two weeks after I placed it...after that delay, it was 30 days on processing my doll, and one week on makeup, so he was really right on schedule!
      *Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Most definitely. I am sad the prices went up, but I'm stil paying it!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Not exactly. I ordered a NS Hound with faceup, but the face looked more like the pics of the WS Hound. I wasn't complaining though, he was still gorgeous.
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Definitely, only he came to me with a broken finger.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I contacted them and they replied within hours, apologized profusely, and sent me a new pair of hands which I received in less than a week!

    3. What did you order? A WS Dollshe body.

      When did you order? December 21

      How was the communication? Very well, answered about two or three days after I posted a question.

      How easy was it to pay? Pretty easy, I paid with credit card and there was a slight hiccup. Seems my computer sent the payment twice. But Tensiya handled the problem very well. I wasn't notified, but when I asked about the payment received they answered.

      How long did it take to ship? Pretty long, the item arrived Febuary 5th without an email notification of the item shipped, so I was surprised.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the body is very well sculpted, the hip pops out though, so maybe the stringing could be better or when molded have something there to prevent that.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures? There was no pictures, but it looked the same from pictures I saw from other owners.

      Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, I also appreciate the free gifts. I've got some work to do with him, but it's alright.
