I have her address. I sent her my paypal address to see if she was going to do right and she sent me $100 out of the $615USD dollars I sent her and I have her address. I can't give this info to anyone so if you can have the MOD's PM me I'll give it to them and they can give it to who they know was scammed. We gettin our money back if its the last thing I do before x-mas. I need my doll..

Celyne22 is banned and if we find her on the board again, even trying to communicate to try to "solve" this situation, she will be banned again.

If you are contacted on DoA by this individual, please immediately send her new username to a Mod so that we can deal with her.

The Mods are still VERY concerned about this situation and we're looking at revising the Marketplace rules again, but it will take some time.

No one is asking you to be detectives just a little help with a scam that happen in your forum. I read all your info about buyin and I understand, I am not a kid. I figures we send you the info because you was trying to get to the bottom of this.
So we show proof of what happen to us and you back up the scammer by not givin the people who got scammed the address of this person so we can give it to the authorities?? As this member has proven to be such an extremely untrustworthy person, the best way for us to ensure that she doesn't scam anyone else is by making sure she can never access this board again. When things go bad like this, everyone who has info or help have helped. Imagine you don't have anyone to help you with anything, what would you do??

The fact that she say she has no money makes people wonder what about all the money she scammed off of others. quite a bit of money from where i am. It is her responsibility to fix things and fast. She was fast to take other's money, i am sure others would also like their money back that fast also. Do stand from the true victims' point of view here. Think of those who saved and saved.....for their dream doll.x

Just in case there's some confusion -- we do not have Celeyne22's physical/street address, unfortunately -- all we've been able to do is track down her e-mail and IP (internet) addresses.

Physical/street addresses cannot be posted on the forum due to legal issues.
If you are able to find out her address from someone she's done business with, please DO NOT post it on the forum, but you are welcome to share it between yourselves privately, for the purpose of following up with law enforcement.

We still strongly recommend that *one person* act as the collator of information from everyone who was scammed, and that you exchange e-mails so that you can communicate off-forum.

Also, in addition to filing claims with PayPal and your bank/credit cards, we do highly recommend that you follow the multiple suggestions to file with http://www.ic3.gov/ and, once all the information is collated, with the French police.

I replied that she owes me $300, not $615. And that I've already alerted the authorities, my credit card company, and Paypal. I told her I wanted my money back immediately, not excuses.

I think Celyne is scared right now (at least, I hope she is). I don't think she was expecting everyone to band together and go after her. Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever see any money back from her, but I hope this can be resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

If you have the proof you got scammed and we stay on top of this, something has to happen.
She sent me $95.00 and I called Paypal and I talk to a manager and told her about this. I told Celyne I want the other $520.00 by friday. Even if she sends $400.00USD I will hold this to the side in my Paypal account.
Do what the Mods say and she will pay.

Well, I've already talked to my credit card company, and now they're investigating. They're not going to charge me for something I didn't receive. And now she's going to have Mastercard after her for fraud, and they can do a whole lot more to her than I could. I've filed the claim with Paypal, alerted the CC people, and filed the report with Internet Fraud. So we'll just have to see how it plays out.

I'm not sure what they do exactly. For now there's a hold on that charge, and they start an investigation. In a couple of weeks they will contact me and let me know what they've found out. But the person I spoke to said that it looked like there would be no problem for me, and that I would get a credit for that charge. I'm too good a customer for them to give me a problem!
