I'm a friend of Celyne22, who has a lot of problems this times...

I'm here just to help her to get all the email adress of the damaged people. Actually, she's selling her own dolls to give you your money back...
I'm sorry for what happened, it's so ugly...
So please, I know she want to repair what was done, I just ask an email in PM, so that she'll be able to contact you (she told me she can't here, and even if she could, she'll be unnable to tell the things because of her really poor english...)

I can explain (with pain lol) for her to the concern people in PM, i'm not here to tell the private life of my friend to everybody (i hope you'll understand).

Dragondavy1 and all the rest of you who have been scammed, this is why you HAVE to contact http://www.ic3.gov/ as recommended by many many people up thread. This government agency was specifically set up to HANDLE INTERNET CLAIMS Your local police are not.

The mods on DoA are really great people, I'm friends with some of them in RL, but they're not super heroes, and legally they can only get so involved in any dispute they are not directly involved with. They can BAN someone like Celyne, they can offer sympathy and advice, they can make threads to try and help all those scammed find out about the problem, but they are just ordinary people, many of whom also have full time jobs they work as well as modding the board. You can not just sit and wait for the mods to make all the correct contacts for you, because they can't. You have to file a complaint with http://www.ic3.gov/. If you paid my credit card, you need to contact your credit card company.

And on the debate of databases and such...
None of my dolls I own are in databases I think. ^^; I'm sort of lazy about them, though when people are buying from me I do my best to answer their questions, get their items out promptly, and take any pictures I can for them. ^^;

Well, if she can't get in touch with her former customers, then how in the heck is she getting in touch with her friends? I thought someone had hacked ALL of her accounts? This is sounding MORE and MORE hokey the longer it goes on. People, mark my words. If you have lost money, and paid via paypal, then you MUST contact PAYPAL and file a claim. If your 45 days go by, and you haven't filed a claim, you won't be able to file one. Its better for you to assume she is NOT going to give you your money, and then file a claim and get it back, rather than to wait for a refund that you very possibly won't get, and then be unable to do anything about it.

DON'T TRUST SOMEONE who avoids your PMs, or your emails. Wether her friends are backing her or not, just FILE A CLAIM. STOP waiting for them to voluntarily give your money back. If you let your 45 days pass, then you only will have yourself to blame when you are unable to get your money back.

Indeed, as everyone says, don't stop any claim for the moment. Dragondavy1, I'm perfectly aware of your determination, but I do hope the other victims of whoever the scammer is, don't miss their turn. The more you wait, the hardest it will be later. They are really basic advices in such an affair, even if the scammer ends up refunding his victims. Hopefully you'll recover your money soon one way or another. (I'm sorry, being supportive is all I can do...)

if you file a claim now, and there is no money in their account, the claim will be processed. It will then put a FREEZE on their account, and they will be unable to send money to anyone using that account. Any money that goes INTO the account is automatically frozen, and put into your account via refund. TRUST me, don't take this scammer's word. She's trying to delay you into losing your claim time. once the 45 days go by, you'r SCREWED. Even if you PROVE they stole from you, after 45 days, it's useless.

FILE the CLAIM, and that way, you are GUARANTEED a refund if she uses that account to take money.

I will contact tinybear for her info I think she had it and then see if its ligit.
The one problem with me contacting the french police is I don't speak french LOL.. However they may speak english the french seem to learn english.

IF ANYONE HAS HER REAL NAME, ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE SOME OR ALL OF IT THEN PLEASE PM ME IT.
I will phone the police who are local to her (keep in mind like you I am in the USA and don't plan on spending 184.00 in phone bills) and find out what they can do about this and if they can get involved at all due to being international and an internet related.

THEN I will get together all the info on each person scammed from the other thread and pass that to the police in france.

awwww I certainly hope you get your money back in time! how cruddy that would be to not get your doll in time for the Holidays because of a scammer!

not that i'm defending her, cuz technically i think you're right, but honestly, she couldn't get a second name on here. It's a bannable offense to make a second name for the same person from the same IP address.

This is bul. I ask her, You said you didn't have any money and you send me $100 that paypal took out $5, how you planning on paying the other back?? All I know she is not saying the truth.
