EDIT. Sorry understood you a little bit wrong. I didn't need their ID, because they send me a bill through paypal that I used.

I recently ordered form them and their general Paypal email address is latidoll@latidoll.com.

I don't have an order number yet - it doesn't show up in my information or order status page, so maybe it didn't go through. But I left a message on their Q&A page, so hopefully they'll see that! I didn't receive any e-mail about the invoice, but I saw it in my paypal account. I got it the same day I ordered my doll. Then I got paypal's confirmation about the payment, and Lati confirmed it the day after.Thank you, roobinlikesdolls and tinybear! Ah! Well, I'm hoping all of this takes place tonight. With the time difference, it could be that nothing gets processed automatically, and I'll need to wait until they open shop. I checked my Paypal and nothing has happened. I can't check my home email from work, so I'll just have to be patient!
I don't know....I'm home now...there's no email, nothing in my paypal for it, and no order information from my order on the Lati site. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm starting to wonder if my order "took". *sigh*

if your order when through it will be thereThey haven't read their Q&A board yet...I'm hoping when they do that they'll be able to help me. I can't do anything other than what I did - and I even deleted cookies and files, to make sure it would work. I followed all the steps and I got a final page, but it had no order number. Brought me the payment page and ended there, with Delivery Information. There weren't any other buttons to push or anywhere else to go. There was a statement in red:
Please wait for 10 second after your settlement of Paypal accounts. After 10 second, paypal page moves to Latidoll. Than you can make a confirm for your order.
But nothing happened...and I have no order number. Oh well...they'll tell me one way or the other when they open, I guess. I just don't want to lose my chance to get this doll. I really find this type of system frustrating...

Oh, now I understand. You haven't done your order yet. That is a really stupid page. It really takes over ten seconds. And it is best if you already are logged in into your paypal account when you make your purchace. Then it will open a new window (make sure, that you have allowed pop-ups) where they ask you to confirm the payment.
Hi! They confirmed that they did not see my order, and asked me to place it again, only checking "Bank" instead of Paypal, and then to just go to Paypal to pay. As well, the order page added my order wrong and didn't add the $35. for the faceup, so I had to tell them about that too. All in all...I hope my order goes through!But I can't wait to see this little one!
