I bought a Spirit Doll Proud 2nd version body from glass_mountain.

Communication was wonderful and the body was packaged incredibly well!
There was a problem when the package wasn't picked up for delivery and she notified me of every step she undertook to get the body to me. I truly appreciated her efforts. The package arrived in 2 days after shipping

I couldn't be more happier with this transaction and I highly recommend her.

I recently bought an Elfdoll Vivien head from GlassMountain, communication with her was always really fast and she was patient while waiting for my funds to transfer to paypal so I could pay for her. She shipped her out as soon as she could (while also keeping me updated the day she couldn't when the post office was closed) and gave me my tracking number and even links to different sites I could use the number at.

When the head arrived to me, she was really well packaged. Her eyelashes got a little messed up in the shipping process, and GlassMountain was quick to offer an eyelash refund. I didn't take it (I've got eyelashes here I can replace them with, it's an easy enough fix) but the offer itself was a really nice gesture, and I appreciated it.

If the opportunity arises to do business with her again anytime soon I definitely will. Thank you so much for the head, GlassMountain! You were a charm to do business with!
