Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     9. Neutral feedback for Ayla160

      Ayla joined my small LUTS GO for eyes. The initial transaction when well, paid quickly.
      - However communication could use some improvement.-
      Communication went well in the beginning,and in the middle, but they never informed me if they have received their items and have not left me feedback for this transaction. I gave them a week's warning for the Feedback and to tell if they had received their items.

      I will take caution in doing business with them again.

    10. I'm a little saddened by this feedback, as I feel it is somewhat unjustified. I do apologize for not confirming that I had received the eyes and leaving feedback in a more timely fashion. I was very forgetful due to the holidays and didn't see the "warning" for some reason till I read this feedback and checked my inbox. I am also a little miffed, however, because I waited quite a bit longer than I should have for the eyes, first because Elysion Gear wanted to add to and change the terms of the GO (adding a doll head that would take 45 working days to ship) and asked Luts to hold the order before getting an okay from the GO participants. She did not end up adding the head, but we lost our place in Luts' shipping order. Then it took almost ten days for her to ship my items to me after receiving them from Luts. It was because Paypal was taking some time to transfer the funds to her bank account, which I said was fine, as these things happen. She did not, however, inform me that this was going on between the day she received the eyes and the day was finally able to ship them to me, and I was still understanding despite this lack of communication. I feel rather frustrated, then, to now see neutral feedback for communication at a point when our transaction had been for the most part completed, along with an "I will take caution in doing business with them again", and I am saddened, as I said, to have found it necessary to type out this response.
