It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I don't see a feedback thread for Reanef so I am making one for her. :)

      I sold Reanef an Only-Doll ChiYao. A layaway plan was worked out that she paid off early. All communication from her was friendly and prompt, and she kept in contact throughout the transaction which I definitely appreciate. She let me know when the doll arrived. I would definitely be more than happy to work with her again. She is absolutely wonderful to deal with and she comes with my highest recommendation. I am so happy that this doll has gone to someone that will love her as she deserves. :)

    3. I sold my Doll Leaves Fay to Reanef. She was a fantastic buyer! We worked out how she was going to pay, and she kept constant communication, which I really appreciated. She was very understanding about everything, and let me know when her girl arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction!

    4. Rea and I entered into a trade for my Resinsoul Mei head. She provided me 5 custom knitted pieces in exchange. The trade went perfectly and we were in constant communication, and when the items arrived they were absolutely stunning! Highly recommend working with Rea! Thank you!

    5. I commissioned a custom wig for my ltf from Raenef's thread QTLAB to look like Hatsuharu from fruits basket! She was fantastic to work with, and when the first wig didn't turn out quite like I had imagined, she was very quick to try again and hit it right on the money! Her prices were very reasonable, and the quality of the wig I received was very nice and it was exactly what I wanted. She even included a gift wig with my order (which is also very nice!!) since we had a bit of a miscommunication about a special deal she was running. Shipping was prompt and the wigs were very well packaged, and she was in constant communication with me. I would not hesitate to order from her again, or reccomend her wigs to others. Thankyou so much for a great transaction Raenef! :D

    6. I comissioned a custom dreadlock wig from Raenef's QTLAB. I like it very much! The dreads are nice and thin, soft and more realistic looking than rooving wool dreads. She was willing to inquire shipping before sending it off and her price was very reasonable. She stayed in touch, even when bad fortune struck. The order was a little delayed because of it, but it was completely understandable. I would certainly commission Raenef again and I highly recommend QTLAB to anyone who wants a low cost yet high quality dreadlock wig.
