[ GRANADO ] Regarding Owner's manual and Packaging

Dear DoA,

Thank you for your continuous support to Granado.
Because Granado dolls' stringing way is different from the traditional, we would like to make it more convenient for all our customers, we decided to make a owner's manual. Restringing tutorial and points for attention is included in this manual.
Customers who purchased our dolls is invited to download a soft copy of the manual for free.(PDF format) Please send an E-mail to dpp.doll@gmail.com, and we will give you the download instruction.
All new orders/unsent orders will be sent with a printed copy.

Also, our default doll box is changed. All new orders/unsent orders will be sent with the new default doll box.

Lastly, Our October's body sale event will be held during 1st to 3rd Oct. You can purchase our doll's body in this ordering period.

If I (or other customers) only have heads form you (or the body is buy from the 2nd hand market), can I have the soft copy too?

If you only have heads from us, you are also welcome to download a soft copy of the manual. Because the manual has points for attention.
But we need to discuss the situation if you buy the dolls from the second hand market. (Sorry Crocus is sleeping now..>_<) We will update the news here soon.
