After having to pay online to find Labyrinth's contact info - not cool at all - and leaving a message asking what was up, I received another PARTIAL refund, with the claim that the body must have been lost, and that I would receive the rest of the money back this weekend.
Did I get it? OF COURSE NOT.
Was there a tracking number or any evidence that the body was sent? OF COURSE NOT.
Why is she claiming she mailed it? WHO KNOWS, because SHE DID NOT.
At this point, I honestly feel lied to. The fact that I had to track down her parents' unlisted number to even get a response is extremely bad.
Basically, Labyrinth seems to think it's perfectly fine that she collected the money for this body, never sent it out, and STOPPED COMMUNICATING ABOUT IT. Not only did she arrange to get an INTEREST-FREE LOAN, she granted me the extreme privileged of getting to chase her down.
Two. Solid. Months. No body, no real explanation, and a great deal of time and aggravation expended on my part trying to get her to respond. Aside from the fees from the information, this was time and effort I should not have had to expend if Labyrinth had a shred of respect for other people.
I understand being busy - but this is not at all acceptable. It is, in fact, never acceptable to take someone's money - sent in good faith - and to not only offer "oops" as your only explanation, but to have to be tracked down in order to even get that.
This was not a loan, although you treated it as such, Labyrinth. Loan accrue interest. I SPENT money tracking you down, as well as time that I did not need to waste on you and your irresponsible behavior. I am out of pocket and out of patience.
While I do expect the rest of the refund, I still feel you should be banned from the marketplace. Accidents happen, but lies and evasion are unacceptable.
