I finished a layaway for a body with LabyrinthOfDreams at the end of August - I Pm'd her on 8/17 to check that she was ready to ship, and on 8/18, she replied that she'd be able to send it on Tues. Aug 22nd or Wed. 23rd. I sent the money on the 19th, as we agreed, but I haven't heard from her since.
The communication was just fine before this. She hasn't been on the forum since she replied on the 18th, so I'm actually concerned that something's happened. Help, anyone?

Been trying to contact Labyrinth via her tumblr, since the body still hasn't arrived, and I don't think she's checking DoA regularly.
If it was shipped on the 8th, it's been lost in the mail. I would really like it if Labyrinth would check in. I may have to try to contact paypal.
I'm still trying to reach her via tumblr and twitter. There's been no reply, but she sent me 100 via paypal. I have no idea why - it's not what I paid for the body. I really wish she would tell me what's going on.
Update - she's checking into it, and will let me know on Saturday. I've told her if the doll hasn't been sent, I would prefer to have that than a refund.
It's Saturday night, and no word from Labyrinth. This is not very nice.
Labyrinth emailed this morning. Her mother hadn't mailed the package. Labyrinth says she'll do it this week.
I'll keep the thread going. I really hope she comes through.
I emailed/twittered to ask what the status is. I'm getting increasingly upset/worried.
Again, Labryinth is not responding to say whether she's mailed the package yet or not. I really don't know what I should do.
I feel like I should not have had to chase Labryinth down as I have had to. At no point, since I asked her if she would be ready to ship and she answered "yes" has she answered an email or attempt to contact her in less than three attempts. I'm upset. I shouldn't have had to spend time tracking her down, asking repeatedly for information, and repeatedly NOT being answered.
Regardless of what the problem is, at this point, it's rude. It's simply not acceptable. I need a tracking number, and I need her to come forward with it.
I'm really reluctant to take the next steps. I wanted the body I paid for. But I'm starting to think I don't have a choice.
I just sent this email:

Please let me know what is going on.
I don't want to have to try other methods of contacting you - finding your phone number, etc.
I certainly don't want to do a chargeback and/or start some nightmare of filing about this - but I will.
I don't know what happened, but not answering my attempts to contact you and not keeping me updated is only making it worse.

If I've heard nothing by the end of the week, I will have to:
a) contact her parents
b) contact her school in the hopes that she is living on-campus
After that, I don't see anything else for it but filing with paypal, my credit cards and/or following up with the whole "fraudulent sales" thing.
It's the whole failure to contact me that's triggering this freakout.
