Important Featherfall Announcement:
It is with great regret that we announce that due to critical illness we will be closing down Featherfall on December 31st, 2012. As Featherfall has always been a family run small business now need to focus on healing and recovery, which unfortunately leaves very little time and energy for running the store. Until December 31st its business as usual:
• Sometime later this fall we will be closing down pre-orders, leaving on the site only IN STOCK items
• Pre-orders placed will of course be honoured and completed. Pre-orders will be subject to the usual supplier production times, but with this schedule we anticipate all pre- orders should be shipped out by Christmastime, so that Featherfall can close officially on December 31st.
Please note that Featherfall exclusives ( such as our Iruhi BJD) will not be available through any other suppliers once our store has closed down.
We thank you for your understanding during this time. We will be working with our suppliers to make this transition as easy as possible on suppliers and customers alike; once we are winding down we will list alternate retailers that carry our suppliers’ products.
