I never thought I would have to do this and it breaks my heart. But I have given the seller pleanty of opportunity to ressolve this.
Glorfindel has been selling her dolls due to her poorly dog, so I offered to buy her Bisou. I didnt get an email for along time so bought another doll. She then messaged me quite some time after that she has been in hospital herself and I just couldnt say no to her.
We arranged payment and I paid promptly and she advised that her partner would post her on the friday or monday. I waited till the Wednesday and no arrival. I sent a message but no reply I was panacking after a good week+ I think with out contact. I sent emails as well as pm's she finally got back saying she wasnt getting pms and was I sure she hadnt arrived and I confirmed this was the case. Glorfindel said she had emailed me with the tracking information but this email never arrived then said the delivery agent had sent her to the wrong address and they were refunding her the postage of £15.00 and she asked for my paypal to raise the payment and the agents were going to sort out her coming to me early this week. Were now on Wednesday ive not been refunded the postage nor has she replied to my pm's or emails.
Ive never had to cope with a bad transaction on here and im very sad about it. We live in the same county and I paid £15.00 for the next day delivery. I made payment to her on the 3rd of July which is just over 3 weeks. I can include some of the posts to her and I did email and pm her yesterday to advise I was raising this thread.
