As much as I do not want to, I need to start a Paging Thread for this member. On June 10th Petra contacted me about purchasing my Minifee Rena head. I agreed to allow her to have a layaway that would be completed on July 10th. She sent me half of the amount owed for the head which was $65 (the head was listed for $130). I PM'd her a reminder about her payment being due on the 10th of July. Several days passed until I heard back from her on the 13th asking about a shipping quote. I provided her with quotes for EMS and for Priority with tracking to her in Brazil. It is now the 18th, and I still have had no word back from her. I sent her a PM yesterday asking for communication within 24 hours or I would start a Paging thread. The 24 hours have passed with no communication. I normally am lenient on this sort of thing, but I ran into her making late payments on another item she bought from me a while back, and I feel that this is inconsiderate. I'm not sure if there are some personal issues going on, since it sounds like recently some people have been having the same issue with her (from her feedback thread), but I really need to be kept informed so I am not stuck thinking she does not care about sticking to her layaway schedule.
As a resolution, she needs to send the remaining $65 + shipping for whatever method she chooses, or if she no longer wants the head, she needs to let me know so I can re-list her bearing in mind she will lose her deposit.
