it has been a week since isabear replyed saying she will send it tomorrow. I had still not receive items yet. I had previous transactions with her before and they had always been through fine >_<...

C14chan replied me with regards to isabear being busy with course work. But I had not heard back from isabear. I just would like either a refund or my items. I'm guessing the message saying she will send it tomorrow had not been done as we are in the same country and normally the longest it would take is a week across different states.
isabear last logged onto the forum 1AUG.
I had not received any messages from her. At the moment I'm considering going to the police since I have her bank info if she does not contact me soon. At this point I'm just wanting my money back.
I had sent another message to isabear today:
If she does not reply in 1-2 weeks I will be printing all evidence I have, including the bank transaction details to pass on to the police. While they will unlikely be able to refund me either, most likely there will be a police report.Hi there,
Im feeling really frustrated regarding the transaction since I had not gotten any reply from you for the past 4 weeks, I understand that things does that busy in life, but that does not mean that you can just ignore a transaction either. I'd really just like to have my money back, otherwise I will print out all the evidence I have of what had happened and go to the police. Please reply ASAP.

It is considered stealing if you had taken payment and not gave goods to buyer.
I got a message from c14chan today saying is a bear told her that she had sent my package out when they spoke on the 8th Aug.Going to wait till next Wednesday to see if anything arrives. Cross my fingers.
okay... I think I had waited long enough, She had not replied me, not refunded me nor send me items that I had paid for.
I will be lodging a bank dispute and a police report with her unfortunately. I highly doubt that I would be able to get my money back, as I don't have much other details other than her acc info and her name.
I'm sorry it has to come to this, but it has just been way too long without any sort of response. This is the first time that I had encountered something like this and I will be sure to be more careful in the future to make sure something like this don't happen again.
Transaction Unresolved and have not heard from her for months now. =/
