Love Snow White and emailed them this morning to buy one. I have some Dollshe guys coming and she can have her pick. I like the Shadow King too, but I'm not crazy about dolls with open mouths.

I'm not the biggest fan of open-mouth heads either, but I'm willing to make an exception, I ordered him a few days ago. I can't wait to see if he is bigger than the other boys' heads, LOL!

I looked again, and I did get a confirmation of my payment, but then I had also asked about those amazing eyes on their website.

it looked like the heads didn't sell out before the order period this time... I wonder how many there are of each. I'm already impatient for mine XD.

I've been looking around to see what body i might want for the Shadow King head. Anyone have any suggestions? most available guy doll bodies seem too giant and muscle bound, or too narrow in shoulders and neck measurements. anyone know if a DSAM32 would work? I've been hoping for something extremely jointy so it can slouch an crouch and creep like pointed Hollow Cole does in the story.

I think I saw in the AN hybrid thread that their resin could kinda match Dollshe/Dollstown Freshkin. I think. I hope so, as I'm hoping on getting a Dollstown 18yo for mine.

I don't know if that head would look good on DSAM32. It looks like it accepts 9-10 wigs, or very stretchy 8-9. Dollshe heads are in the small range of 70cm dolls, so there's a chance Shadow King would look bobble headed.

Yes, those eyes shown on the blog are for hong kong dolpa. I asked them if they planned to sell eye like that on their website and the answer was a little vague but it sounded like they didn't have anything lined up right now but are planning on it in the future. Plans can change of course but it was encouraging they are gorgeous eyes! I hope i can find something similar in the mean time, for the shadow king character.

Carmen, that DT body is fab, i was looking at that one as well, although it seems gigantic XD. there's none I can think of that is as bendy as the dsam32/35, so that makes them tempting, though I was hoping to stick more in the just under 70 cm range.
I hadn't considered the bobble headedness. It looks like the neck is 11cm on the DSAM32, and the shoulders are 15cm... might work, might not. I guess it's best to wait for the head and see how big it is in person.

as for colour, my orchid head matches well with Fresh, but the kinglan head i had was much more yellow normal, like volks. Depending on the batch, Oriental might be better. I can report on DT matches when the heads come in.

Please do! I really want to know what skin tone would match my incoming head. Also, I have a DSAM32 (pale skin). I could try the Shadow King on that body once I get it, if that helps you decide =)

I'm happy to see the heads are made, and will be shipping out soon. i was hoping they would be here by Uncanny Dream on the 19th, but we'll see :S *fingers crossed*

So... I see the news thread is updated saying some heads was mailed back to the company due to loadstone...being checked... whatever that means?
They did send me an EMS tracking number for my head and outfits but it comes up bad. Should have arrived by now so I guess I am one of the ones sent back. Would be nice to know for sure....

You are further along than I am, no tracking yet, bad or otherwise. I'm assuming some defect was noticed at the last second (after shipping notices were sent but before the actual heads went out), and they went back to their manufacturer about it to get recasts done.
