paging gruftschatten - RESOLVED

Hi, i dont want to so this but im so worried about it.


one of the doa member pmed me that she bought a chloe v.e at gruftschatten which is she's also from germany quite coincedence. so i trusted the seller..


last july 1, i paid $220 to gruftschatten.


after the payment (july 2) gruftschatten emailed me that she received the payment and would ship the head that day,..


i waited.. emailed her again asking for the tracking number on july 3,.no response,.


i send her again couple of email asking for the tracking number on july 4, then she replied

Hello,

I'm sorry my mother had a medical emergency. I couldn't ship the Head yesterday. I'm really Sorry. I come back Late of tomorrow and I will ship the Head as soon as Possible




and now july 6, @ german time,. i send a bunch of message asking for the tracking number and site,. i even beg her to reply but still no word,. i know that she's also busy,. but as a seller it is her duty to provide the buyer the tracking and update on whats happening to her,. i dont really want to do this but im desperate for her reply,. i just really want the head to be shipped. if gruftschatten would email me back it will be great,. anyone can help me?

i know she's anoyyed with me right now but i cant stop worrying here is her last email yesterday,.

gruftschatten still does not sign in on doa. im still waiting for the head. im a little confused about the shipping. does anyone know on how many days will arrive in the philippines. she used a registered parcel and it is insured. i also emailed her asking but no reply.. im glad that she shipped it but our communication is so very limited. anyone can help about shipping days? i usually use ems. thats why i have no idea about registered parcel.. thank you
