I purchased an Illusion Spirit custom boy from Looloo and the transaction was very smooth. She shipped him right when she said she would and he was very carefully packaged. Something weird happened in shipping (the resin holding the headcap magnets broke off, but I was able to super glue those pieces back on and it seems to be holding fine) but I do not think it had anything to do with the way that he was packaged because he was packaged very well. I have never seen anything like it. I would definitely purchase from Looloo again.
