I really, REALLY don't want to be doing this but it has dragged on for almost 3 months and now Nena is not answering my emails.
I want to point out that Nenas emails are always friendly and polite.
I realise that it's only a small amount of money but I just wish Nena would contact me as I have been very patient.
At the beginning of April I emailed Nena to buy a pair of sd glasses.
4th April - I sent my payment of $15 plus $6.55 shipping to me in the uk.
5th April- Nena says thanks and item shipped.
9th April- Nena emails me to ask what colour glasses I want. I thought this was a bit strange as previously shed told me they shipped, but no bother- I chose my colour and let Nena Know.
AFter 3/4 weeks the glasses hadn't arrived and I messaged Nena to ask when she had shipped.
6th may- Nena replies and says she can't remember exactly when she shipped and is not at home but will let me know when she gets home.
10th may- no reply from Nena so send a message to say if she had any luck with the shipping date. Nena replies same day and says she "hasn't been home to check exactly when she shipped and will message me on Sat when she gets the receipt."
12th may- Nena let's me know she can't find the receipt but will keep looking.
21st may- Nena still can't find any proof of posting so says she will send another pair.
25th may- I message Nena saying that I just wanted to wait an extra few days before replying just in case the glasses turned up but sadly no sign of them. I said thanks for the offer of a replacement . I also said if by fluke, the first pair arrived, I would either return them to her or sell them on and send her the money so she wont be out of pocket.
i reconfirmed my address for her.
i didn't hear back from Nena after that.
16th June- messaged Nena to let her know the replacement glasses also haven't arrived and asked if maybe she overlooked sending them?
19th June- messaged again to ask her to PLEASE contact me as I just want this transaction done and dusted.
Nena has not replied to both of my 2 recent emails although she has logged into the forum at least 4 times since.
Nena, if you are reading this- I'm sorry I had to start a problem transaction thread and I just wish you would get in touch so we can sort this out. I've always been polite and answered emails really quickly and I would hope you could extend the same courtesy to me
