To say the least, and say it in the most professional way I can manage, you are a LAIR and a CHEAT.
You agreed on a refund for the DAMAGED doll you sent me and reneged at that last minute.
Through this entire transaction you’ve been completely childish and unprofessional.
Mods, you may close this thread for now, as sin is being unhelpful and refuses to agree to keep up with her responsibilities as a seller. I will continue to send invoices for the $30.00 usd refund she owns me. She has been reported to paypal.

I sold a Littlefee Luna to loli-hime. The Transaction went smoothly up until she got the doll.

Once the doll had arrived to her, she Pmed me saying there were issues. These were the issues:

1.) The Doll Reeked of Smoke.
This was literally the one thing that made me believe her claims were Bull.
I do not live in a smoking household, i don't smoke nor does anyone in my home smoke so there is no reason for it to smell of smoke. I have no reason to falsify my statements and I have never had any issues like this with any of the other 35 or so Documented transactions I have had.

Then she went on to say:
2.) The Doll was stained Horrendously.
3.) She was horribly Filthy
4.) Her Face up was Damaged

When the doll was put in the box she was fine, granted there could have been some dirt and maybe a couple minor scratches on the face-up that I did not notice, but rest assured that if there was Significant issues like she claimed I would have stated them in my sales thread.

I offered loli-hime a full refund if she returned the doll, she did not accept. I also considered giving her a partial refund until I saw the so call proof of damage and I immediately withdrew my offer. I offered her a high quality outfit form doll in style she refused, then last but not least I offered to give the money she wanted to her face-up artist, and I did this because I did not trust her. I would rather see and know the money was actually going toward fixing her claims rather then her just pocketing it.

Last but not least thru out this whole awful thing she has claimed to have been sending me Pm's and claiming I'm ignoring her, but the thing is its really hard to replay to Pm's you don't get.

I will never do business with her again!

Ouch, no need for name calling it can be considered Libel, which is Illegal.
