    Paging PiaPol - RESOLVED

    At this point i'm getting slightly tired of being so nice and lenient to people on DoA.
    I messaged PiaPol about a Yosd outfit around the first week of May. After tracking down her Twitter and contacting her, she messaged me back here.

    I messaged her back the 23rd and asked her if she had sent out my outfit. She responded the same day with;

    I apologized for bugging her and understood.

    On 6/2, i messaged her and asked her how things were, not asking her about the package because i know how hard it is to lose a family member. I heard nothing and messaged her back 6/6 and told her to PLEASE send out my stuff because i needed them by the 14th and that it was urgent. I had been waiting 3 weeks by then and wasn't very happy.

    I understood and even apologized for being harsh about not receiving my things. She messaged me back within 30 mins asking me for my address which she had misplaced. I replied with it. 6/7, she messaged me on Twitter saying that she'd contact me the next day before noon since she hadn't gotten home yet. I waited.
    6/8 She contacted me on Twitter once again saying that her lunch break would be delayed till 1pm that afternoon so i understood and waited.

    And nothing.

    It's the 13th and i haven't received any contact from her here and she hasn't updated on Twitter either. Tomorrow is the day that i needed the outfit by and today marks a MONTH since I've paid for my outfit. This is getting stupid and I'm quite tired of waiting and chasing her around for something i bought. Her communication is horrible and i won't be buying from her again. i DO NOT want a refund. I just want the outfit I've waited patiently to receive.

    I am in the middle of moving on top of the many unfortunate events that have taken place over the past couple of months. I have also had very sparse access to the Internet as of late. I have issued a refund as I can't find the outfit after I have moved into my new place, and I don't see any other solution. I apologize for the inconvenience and trouble, AR. I wish there was something I could do. ;__;

    Piapol has refunded me but this was a lousy transaction and would like to change the title to 'negative feedback'. I apologize for your misfortune but you didn't tell me that you had limited Internet access. This has been a waste of a month for me.
