Aha, thank you so much! I was going to write to you to ask if you might have the headcap but I couldn't quite make out the return address. We speculated that the head might have been out at a customizer's since the headcap was missing. In a way I am disappointed that the headcap is not just lost in your couch cushions I can only assume either that it's lost in Calico's couch, or she is peeved enough at me to just be witholding the cert and the cap. In any case, I will just continue to wait until next Wednesday and then upgrade to a dispute, and ask for a refund of the money that went into the trade, and then get creative/and or find out if Soom can cast a new headcap.

I'm waiting for communication with CalicoCameo as well. I traded a head for some of her Yo clothes and some money. Communication with her overall has been a bit rough. I received the money quickly, and finally on the 16th received a package from her which contained three of the six pieces of clothing we agreed on for the trade. I contacted her immediately to let her know not everything was accounted for, and though it shows she's been online since I sent the message, I've yet to get any answer. For the moment I'm practicing patience. The value of the things I didn't receive is minimal compared to what I did get. But naturally I'd still like to get some kind of compensation.

I have a trade with Calico since April 22 till now I haven't receive my trade yet as she received mine way long time ago. She did replied my message and apologizing to me in past months but till now this trade still not yet solve because she said she's mess up with my address for twice all this while and I am still waiting for my package till now. My last message I got from her was on the 14/6/2012.

I have not received any communication from CalicoCameo through the PayPal resolution center, either--I suspect dolls and DoA are not high on her priority list right now and she may be dealing with other issues.

PayPal dispute ended, and look!!!!



The box even included a remarkably civilized note, considering everything, apologizing for the miscommunication. As far as I am concerned, the trade is now complete and my issues are resolved.

I received an initial communication from CalicoCameo informing me that due to the delay she would refund my shipping cost, then she would speak with her family member about the package and its shipping details. In a later message she informed me that by this time the package was probably lost in the mail and she would refund my entire payment. She asked that if the package did suddenly turn up at a later date I could return it to her or send payment once again. I agreed to these terms and sent my PayPal address to her. I received my initial payment through PayPal as well as a note of apology. I consider my transaction resolved.

My transaction has been resolved too as calico sent me a pm that she willing to refund the full amount of the package n I receive the payment already. She includes her apology upon her mistake of the lost packaging.

I received the rest of my items today, and was also refunded the shipping cost of my part of our trade, to make up for the mistake. Thus my transaction is also resolved.
