I'm not entirely sure if you read ANY of my posts at all?
I said I don't want to continue this deal with you because of the way you handled this situation, acted as a seller and expressed yourself in this thread and our messages.
You more than once asked me to break Paypal rules, offered me a shady deal on ebay, wanted me to lose all my protection as buyer etc., why should I keep dealing with such a person?

I will now wait how Paypal handles this situation.
Since it's weekend now it may take a bit, but I will make sure to keep this thread updated.
Please refrain from future contacting me if you are not willing to actually read what I write and think about it.

it is another week since pp made its decision and there is no sign pp is going to change it, since we agree to let pp decide it, pp refused sparkis' request and she dont want to continue the deal, i think its ok to close this thread.

the final solution is that buyer dont want to continue deal and i keep the deposit

if the buyer still have other though give practicable suggestion, thx

since u dont reply anything in ur own thread, and it has been almost a month since u post ur last post in ur thread so i open this by myself, pp have made their finial decision, so if u still want to deal we can talk or plz just give a notice that things are done.

Both of you need to CLEARLY state what/how you feel this was resolved or not resolved. Both of you are free to leave a link to this thread in the individual feedback threads.

Sparkies let paypal handle this case when she feel she will be in favor and refuse to continue the deal, now the decision from pp have been made, so this thread should be close. or we continue the deal, which i doubt she will do it, but i am open to that, but she need to come back and finish this!

I'm sorry it took me so long to answer but I first had to think about a good one.

I had a few calls with Paypal and while they in the beginning told me they would refund me my money they now decided different since in their terms they don't know "deposits".
Since Stairwaytoheaven also refuses to give me back my deposit, even though she has no right to, I'm pretty much unable to do anything now.
I did all I could, but there can't be done anything more.

I will refrain of using my laywer since in the end it would cost me more to get back this money than it's actually worth.

The thread can be closed now and I will just be more cautious in future and won't let future sellers behave like that and let them be so pushy and unfriendly like Stairwaytoheaven was from the beginning.
I learned my lesson.
