No this happened to me as well, but when I change from IGoogle and Google to Firefox and Mozilla, it does not happen anymore!! That was so frustrating....

There is definitely something going on that is affecting posting because many more people have mentioned it also in threads where they have not posted specifically to this thread.

Plain Google not Chrome - any time between 10 PM to 5 Am PDT

There is no specific error # message only a bar at the bottom of the page with “denofangels is not responding -- do you want to recover webpage"

It is becoming not worth the effort to get anything posted with the site locking up continually.

This is likely a server-related issue... I'll ask our sysadmin about it. There haven't been any changes to the site since the patch install, so this is just a general issue. (I haven't been having it, so it would be helpful if you could report with your browser, time, and the specific error you're getting.)

Hi! Having a problem this morning since about 8am when I clicked on a link in one of the overnight email update-notifications for subscribed threads, and then when I went to click on newer links, or even refresh an open page. If it's been more than 10-15 minutes, I have to log in again, even after clicking "remember me".

I'm using Firefox, but this has never happened before, even when I saw other people mentioning their problem with having to log in. Since I'm going out for the day, I'll reboot my computer before I leave, and see how it goes this evening.

My weird glitch is posting photos from photobucket to here, particularly on the ltf discussion page, although it's happened on others too. It's frustrating, as photobucket says the link is copied, and it does paste into the slot on the discussion thread, but when I click "ok" nothing happens.

This - a thousand times this! It's still happening for me, and it's been a continual problem since the last big DoA update to post replies to threads. 9 times out of 10 the site locks up, I get the 'not responding' message and I've got to wait for 5-10 minutes for the post to finally, well, get posted. I'm using IE as my browser.

We have been having some server errors lately and are working with our system administrator. We haven't identified the problem yet and can only ask your continued patience.

I just wanted to know if the Tappatalk plug in will be looked at soon? It isn't working entirely right.

I just updated it to the most recent version; it seems to be working normally on my iPhone, but if you continue to have problems, please let me know. We also use the ForumRunner plugin, if you'd like other options. I have both apps installed on my phone for testing purposes and can't really identify a favorite.

We're having a strange display issue on the main page - the category name tabs are short and fat. I'm looking at this, but at the moment it's not a major priority because it doesn't impair function (and we're working on an all-new skin).

This happens to me too. I can almost never post photos any more. I have a MAC and use Firefox.

I haven't been able to replicate this.

You don't need to insert images using the image button. You can also put the URL of the image between [IMG] tags. It would look like this:

[IMG]http://www.yourdomain.com/image.jpg[/IMG]

If you look on Photobucket, there's also the option to copy something that already has those tags in place.

i've been having problems with pms lately. My first pm to someone goes through fine, i receive a response without problems, but then when i reply back to them my message doesn't go through. They receive a message without my reply, but with all the rest, so it looks like i've sent a blank. It's getting a bit confusing.

What kez experienced has happened to me, too - but only recently. I was on the receiving side of a "blank" reply that only included the quotes of our previous discussion. My partner was able to send me a new PM after she deleted the previous quotes (it wasn't more than 4 quotes, so not a huge amount).
