I'm really fawning over all these limited outfits... xD I am absolutely in love with Red Riding Hood's dress, and now these two new girls' outfits! Oh dear oh me oh my... xD

EDIT: Does the elf girl's eye shape look different to anyone else?

Oh man I don't need a giant elf girl! But her eyes seem a different shape to me too? Anyone else see it?

EDIT: I say to my husband "what do i need a giant elf doll for???" He says "to stand there and be pretty!"

He also think her eyes look different O_o

I'm not sure about eye shape, but I feel that she overall looks a little less grumpy than the usual Dahlia. But that could just be tricks of the faceup and photography. (I like it, though!)

Ah! she's gorgeous, she looks just like those old flower fairy that were depicted as children. I got no space for her tho. T_T

I got the "less grumpy" feel of her too x'D I am really not too keen on the Elf fullset, so I am really really hoping that they will release more Elfs in the future x'D

I too have been hyperventilating all morning....she is unbelievable...After much deliberation to commit to one of these Lusions, i think i may jsut have to try to bring this Elf home.... Love her too much!!!

She is very lovely indeed!! I just wonder about packing her for shipping. Yikes with those large lovely ears! Do you think collectors may have trouble with breakage during shipping?

At first glance I thought Elf was the same sculpt as Dreaming and Insomnia.

My god I wish I could hit the lottery... I have been lusting over these girls for a while but now this elf? Dear lord... I am so tempted by the year long layaway... but that's a long time to wait... and a lot of money... I really shouldn't but I so want to. We're going to be trying for a real baby soon so...ahhhh Dollmore why must you do this to me!?!

Don't fret...Fabric Friends and Dolls are probably sold out, as they had a small allotment and no doll can trump a human baby...so best of luck with that...!

I like those lips too!! Much better then the pouty. Is it only a difference in the painting? Or a totally new sculpt? Did they use the original Dahlia mold and add the ears?

I love the elf's expression so much better, but I really want the normal ears... xD

I really like the faceup on the Elf. I like her lips better too, but I kind of doubt Dollmore resculpted them, which is something I'd always wished they would do. My Dahlia is so pouty, it's kind of depressing sometimes.

I wonder if the narrowed the cheeks a little bit down towards the chin. She looks different to me too. This is the doll for me. I am in love! Come home to momma baby girl!!!

Drools over Elf. I think they kept her mostly the same as the original Dahlia. The angles of the shots are a bit different but she looks to have the same face shape as Dahlia with slightly different lips and eyes. Elf dahlia has more upturned lip corners as well as eyes that seem to slant upwards a bit more. However I'm only sure about the mouth sculpt changing. The eyes could just be due to the eyeliner they painted on her.

She is the same sculpt as the regular Dahlia, but they painted the mouth very differently and left the eyes open, as they have done on most of the dolls. Dreaming Dollist, regular Dreaming and the Insomnia in White all have half-closed eyes.

I decided to check on the mouth, so I took my First Traveler into the computer and compared her to the Elf Eared one...and the mouth is the same, I discovered...and so are the eyes...I got Red Riding Hood, and her eyes, although the same shape as all of the others look like Elvis's, they are so shaded by her double lashes. Hair and faceups can make a huge difference. And Rivers, how could you ever be depressed by a Lusion?!
