I just put a petite modigli in layaway. It will be a short layaway, as I have the money for her, but wanted to be able to order some clothes, shoes and a wig so that's all here before she arrives.

So now I'm looking for clothing and wonder where to start. Any suggestions?

Fepe is such a cutie, but I can't seem to find a lot of photos of her. I keep wishing they'll release her in NS, but not sure my wallet can handle it right now XD The same with Babette, I really like her but white skin just doesn't live long with me.

I did get some lati yellow SP boots the other day, I should try and get some photos up of them soon.

My new little one just arrived today! I was very pleased to find that some shoes I bought from RubyRed Gallaria fit her... and some Blythe dresses I have, I wish someone would make leggings for them though

I'm totally in love with petite Modigli's face. But that body seems like more trouble than it's worth to dress. Does anyone know if it's possible to order the head part only?

I am so tempted by the face sculpt, but $273 is a lot of money when I don't like the body.

I don't know the answer... But I don't find her hard to dress at all really... I have several pairs of shoes that fit and she fits beautifully into Blythe dresses (short sleeve).

Emmaboo, are Blythe arms longer or shorter than Petite Modigli and Fepe? I found some dresses I love for my girls on Etsy but they are long sleeve.

DeliBagel~ So far Soom has only sold all the IMDAs as full dolls, but I have seen split dolls (heads and bodies) in the marketplace. I haven't seen too many of these little ones though. You might be able to do a split on the next release with someone. I haven't had too much trouble dressing mine either, but I LOVE this body so I wouldn't even mind going to extra trouble. Oh, I also LOVE your user name, makes me want breakfast!

It's not so much buying clothes for her that I'm worried about, since I usually sew many clothes for my dolls. I'm worried about having to come up with weird clothing patterns that flatter her shape, since I really don't like the long torso. If, for example, I want to make pants for her, would I have to make them high-waisted to make her legs look longer? And then I'd not be able to sell the clothes I make for her since it's hardly a very common doll. Additionally, I wish she was 2cm shorter, but that's just me being picky. Actually, I rather like the body but it just bothers me she is anatomically out of proportion.

Thank you for the heads up nancy_schroeder! My dolly dollars are staying in my purse on this one . She is adorable and I would love to have her, but I have too many layaways right now. I might look for a split on that outfit if it is as pretty as it looks from the teaser. I have also promised myself to only buy the WS ones. I know, it is a silly way to control how many of these darling IMDAs I bring home, but it helps a little.

I do understand the need to limit the must have dolls! I have been hoping for a 2.2 Gian. Now do I get this one or hope for a WS? Well, she isn't even up for sale until Monday.

nancy Haha, I know what you mean. I have to admit I keep going back to look at her. I had one NS Gain with my other six WS 3.0 IMDas and he just looked out of place. I don't want to do that again. I think if I had kept him this one would be irresistible.
Maybe we should beg them for a skin color choice? They just did it on the new Idealian girl per customer request.
