So, this is a long history... I've first bought an Epidos head and some clothes from yoniverse, and she was a good seller at this time. The unique problem I've had was with the undeclaring, that she said she would, I've not said the value and she wrote down 100 USD, than she saw my PM asking her to mark it down as 30 and she wrote 30 over the 100 and I've got a really high tax in my country because of the erasure.
Well, that was kind of my fault, ok. But then I've bought a Daydream Lance from yoniverse... She didn't pack him well and he arrived broken. Once the box was intact and in perfect condition, the breakage happened during the travel to my house. The doll inside the box had no bubble wrap around his legs and the 2 knees were broken when the doll arrived to me. She said me that other person had sent the doll to me, but she had made the package herself...
I've asked her for a partial refund for the body, because she didn't pack the doll well and she said she would refund me in 10 USD to make me "less unhappy" (her own words)... but I think it's wrong, since I've bought a lot of second hand dolls and I've never had this problem before. I've told her more than one time to pack the doll well, on the first and the second sale... Because in my country I'm not able to buy insurance for damage, only for missing packages... So, I've said to pack him well... But the box was in perfect condidion. That means the mailing service didn't do anything to hard with the package, because the box (that's made of paper) was ok...
So, I've wrote her again to say that I was not satisfied with the results, because the doll did arrive broken and that was due the bad wrapping. She answered me again (after a lot of PMs) telling me that I was wrong and asking me to stop insisting because she wasn't good at arguing...
I've asked Crobidoll if I would ever be able to buy the knee parts and Crobidoll answered me that I wouldn't be able to buy it because they could not take individual requests at thiat time, I should write them later this month.... And that the replace would cost 45USD + shipping and that it would take really really long.
I've insisted for the third time, asking for the replace value (even if I would need to pay for the shipping and wait for the company to make the new piece, I've requested only the replace value), because the doll wasn't well wrapped and the box was intact, so that would happen to any person who'd bought him, because the original box was ok and the other items were also ok...
This time she didn't answer me and I found a 20 USD refund on my paypal... I've written her again and asked for her answer, because she thought that was going to be ok and did the refund without even saying a word.... I've written her again.
The case started on 5th April... The last answer I got was on 15th april... The last message I've sent was on 13th may, one month later... I've still got no answer....
I've still go not answers, so, if someone could help me, that would be good.
