Problem Transaction with Kitserix-Kitten - RESOLVED MEMBER MP BANNED

I'm posting this thread because I participated in Kitserix-Kitten Alice's Collection Group Order and I have not received my items yet. The group order was placed on 03/21/2012. It was shipped on 04/16/2012 (it was not her fault that it took so long to ship but Alice's Collection), and arrived on 04/25/12 to Kitserix-Kitten. She said that was really busy that it will shipped our items next week. Two weeks passed and she didn't ship them. One of the other members who participated in the GO PM her, and Kitserix-Kitten told her that was planning to mail them on Monday May 13. On May 16, she post on the GO thread that she didn't mail the item yet due to family problems, but she would mail them on that week. Since she did not posted or PMed to inform us if the items were mail, I asked in the GO thread about it. I got an answer for one from one the other members, who texted her, and her replied was that they were mailed on Saturday May 19. It is May 26 and my items have not arrived yet (neither the other two members' items). So, I'm creating this thread because:


1) She never informed us personally that the items where shipped Saturday May 19. We only know that because of one of the participants of the GO texted her. I find this very irresponsible. It does not take a long time to PM all of us or post a reply on the thread to inform us. I understand that she has family problems, but it's also her responsibility as the GO organizer to at least let us know when the items are shipped.
2) We do not have proof that she really shipped them.
3) According to the USPS (assuming that is the method used to ship the items). If you mail a large package form Ontario to Norwalk using first class on a Saturday, it should arrive Monday or Tuesday. My package has not arrived yet.
4) I PM her saying that I was going to move out in the next week or two, and if she could not mail them that week, I needed to give her my new address. She never replied.



I would her to contact us and confirm if our items were shipped Saturday May 19 and provided proof that they were shipped (like a received from the postal office).

I Am One Of The Members That Joined The GO. After Joining The GO I Meet Kitserix-Kitten At A Meet Up & Exchanged Info, As Stated By BlackTulip213, I Sent Her A Text On 5/21/2012 To Inform Her That A Problem Thread Was Being Thought Of For Lack Of Information. She Then Texted Me Back That The GO Items Had Been Sent That Past Saturday 5/19/2012.

Also a member of the go, when I requested a tracking number on May 26th the response said that my package had been returned to her due to a problem with the address (provided to her by Paypal and directly by me) and she wouldn't be able to resend it until after Monday.

In general, other than the fact that I paid for items which are still with her apparently, contact has been sporadic at best. When one of my items was different than ordered I asked her to send me a pic so I could decide if I wanted them. No photo ever came. She said she would contact the company to find out what happened and never got back to me with information about that. I asked her in a message to send the items anyway and there was no response.

I believe that if one is going to make a commitment to run a go then there needs to be regular contact with members and prompt responses to questions. It goes without saying that when you have other people's money and or goods in your possession you make every effort to order and then ship things promptly.

Im headed to the post office right now. Because of my financial state will depend on which which can be sent today. Ive had bills and am very low on money. I get my work check via direct deposits midnight on the start of friday. so i have to wait till them to send the package(s) left over.

The post that said that was yesterday (Thursday) and today is Friday. I just got back from the PO after arguing for about 20 minutes with them about the RIDICULOUS prices to send a small package. FFF asking me 50 dollars just to send doll clothes.

Your tracking number LN289053807US It should be on the USPS tracking site. They were asking 60 dollars for express mail for the small package that barely weighted anything. So it should be a week or 2 depending on Customs. They were asking unreasonable prices that i couldn't afford.I'm hoping it doesn't take THAT long. Ive read up on this and customs can hold it for that long. Customs are ridiculous.
