    Teseya Versus Tangerine

I participated in a GO for 7079 shoes run by Tangerine and the company took forever, and there was some confusion on how much shipping from the company ended up being, so we ended up spending a lot on shipping.
There was also some confusion as to my order, the shoes I wanted did not get enough orders, then they did and I wasn't informed so I could get some. So I waited so long for just one pair of shoes.
Once she did decide to send them (after everyone had paid their invoices) they did come fast. But it was generally a tedious GO. Organized but confusing at the same time. I'm not sure if I would do it again.
DOC Too and Bee-a, MNF Shiwoo and Rheia, wishel boy, Fairyland Pukisha, Elfdolls Hiro, Min Del Re, Lyn, Jin Del Re, Bong Sun Hwa, and Dodo, Migidoll Ryu, Ringdoll Pan, CH Hyun, Dollshe Bernard, Dikadoll Berry hybrid.

There was some confusion about the shipping from the company because a) I have never ordered from them before and b) out of all the times I have received items via EMS, I have never had such a steep shipping cost (but in retrospect, we did order a LOT of shoes!) However, I communicated this in the thread the moment I found out it would be more expensive than originally anticipated. You had the option to leave the GO at that time but you stayed.

It was so expensive because the company shipped via EMS, which I have no control over so that should not even be an issue here. The shipping invoice was so high because I included shipping from the company AND shipping from me to you. Apparently this was an issue for more participants than just you, so I will just have to round the shipping from the company into the first invoice next time - it's a learning experience for me.

Shipping from me to you was priced normally.

You ordered the following shoes: black plain heels and white mary-jane heels. The plain heels got enough orders (there was a set minimum of 10 shoes per style), whereas the mary jane heels did not. In the thread, I kept a running list of all the available shoes for order, and a list of all the of participants per shoe. If the minimum was reached, I said so in the thread. If it was not reached, I crossed it off the list. After the GO closed, I sent you a message stating that the mary-jane heels could not be ordered because they did not reach the minimum. In this PM, I asked that you take another look at the thread to make sure there was nothing else you wanted to order:

Never did you ask me to inform you if a pair of shoes became available to order, and even if you had, I would have declined because I was dealing with so many orders and would not have wanted your request to get lost in the massive number of PMs I was receiving. I did everything I could do to make sure you had ordered everything that you would have liked to, and you told me that you did not want to order anything else. This should not even be an issue.

You had to wait so long for one pair of shoes because our order was so large, and the company had to produce the shoes. I posted an estimated delivery date in the thread BEFORE THE GO HAD EVEN CLOSED. You had every opportunity to remove yourself from the GO had you not been okay with waiting.

The shoes were sent out within a week of me receiving the package. I had to sort through and inspect 144 pairs of shoes, and package and address 24 separate orders. I think this timeframe was more than okay for the mass of orders I had to take care of.

I'm not sure why the GO was confusing to you, but I kept it as organized as I possibly could. Thank you for your participation.

thank you for the thorough explanation.
    two things :
    1) after you told me the white mary janes did not get enough orders, you made the order and when I went back to look, suddenly they had enough orders. Even if I did not ask you to inform me, how did this happen when you told me they were cancelled in the first place? I was also unable to check the marketplace at the time, and I thought I would not need to since the order was placed.
2l I did not mean to pick a fight with you. This thread is unnecasary. A little semi negative feedback is not gonna kill your reputation. I realize you are new at this GO and organized things apparently fine on the first page of it. I would have appreciated you tell me your reasons via PM.

Here is the order form you had originally submitted to me:

    Quantity: 1 each
    Price: 8 each. [edit]
and if we end up not having enough orders for these...then, plain heels white and mary janes black...but would prefer the first ones.
    Please send me a confirmation.
    Thanks,
    Teseya
The two white pairs of shoes you had requested, the mary-jane heels and the white plain heels, NEVER reached the minimum! I am assuming the shoes to which you are referring are the mary-jane flats, which you NEVER mentioned to me you wanted to order. The mary-jane flats had reached the minimum well before the GO closing date, and had been updated in the thread as such. The list was kept IN THE THREAD and had you wanted to order them, you could have messaged me at any time - especially when I had asked you to take another look at the thread to make sure there was nothing else you wanted to order, considering the two pairs of white shoes you wanted had not reached the minimum.

I had actually just replied to this in my own individual feedback thread, but the mods apparently thought that it was more appropriate to turn it into this sort of thread. That was not my decision. Regardless, I feel that the "semi-negative feedback" is entirely uncalled for and had assumed that what you left me was "neutral," not "semi-negative."

In the same vein, I would have appreciated you to talk to me about your issues with the GO before you left me "semi-negative" feedback on the forum, for everyone to see. I would have been more than happy to explain everything there, instead of taking it here. You, however, chose to leave me this sort of feedback publicly which left me no choice but to defend myself publicly. Please do not defer the blame to me.

    Negative Feedback for Teseya

Teseya participated in my 2079 Realms Mature Mini Shoe GO.

On 12/3/2011, Teseya sent me her order form to participate in the GO. I added her to the list of participants, and to the running tally of shoes to be ordered in the thread. She wanted to order a pair of black plain heels and a pair of white mary-jane heels. If those were not available (the company had set a minimum of 10 pairs of shoes per style), she wanted to order a pair of black mary-jane heels and a pair of white plain heels.

I sent her back a confirmation.

When the GO closed on 12/31/11, I messaged her and everybody else whose GO contained orders that did not reach the minimum.

Again, let me reiterate that I kept a running list in the thread of all the shoes to be ordered, with the participants listed next to them. If the shoes had reached the minimum, it said so in the thread. If the shoes did not reach the minimum, I had crossed them off the list.

On 1/3/2012, she replied with the following:

    thanks for letting me know,
    Teseya
The white ones to which she was referring, I assumed, were the mary-jane heels and the plain heels.

In another PM on the same day, she informed me that she travels throughout the year, so that when it came time to ship she would probably need the shoes shipped to a different address than the one she provided me on the original order form. No problem, just would have been nice to know up front.

The shoes arrived in May, as estimated. I sorted and inspected all 144 pairs of shoes, and packaged and addressed the 24 separate GO orders. I waited to go to the post office because I have limited availability to go, however I had them shipped out within a week of receiving the package from the company. This was apparently not fast enough for her, considering what she wrote in my feedback.

After I sent out shipping invoices, I received this message from her:

Also, the address it will need to be sent to is:
    [removed]
which will get it to me no problem...but I will only be here till the end of May.
Please get back to me with a confirmation,
    Thanks,
    Teseya
ps: I noticed those other white shoes I wanted did go over 10...why didn't you tell me? I wanted them! *pout*...my Rheia will just never have the white shoes she wants....*sigh*
I thought it was absolutely ridiculous that she demanded that I "half" her shipping invoice. I also thought it was ridiculous that she was upset I hadn't told her that white shoes had been available - she had never asked me to. I am not a mind reader.

To be frank, I have no idea to which white shoes she was referring. The mary-jane heels and the plain heels had not gotten enough orders, which were the ones that she had originally wanted to order. I'm not sure which ones she wanted to order, because she had never told me this - and regardless, I had ASKED her before I placed the order if there was anything else she wanted to get. As stated above, she said no.

I explained the shipping invoice in the following PM:

$1.00 is for the shipping from the company to me.
$3.00 is a guesstimated price of first-class postage (and whatever remains, I will refund - please read below.)
$0.80 is for mandatory delivery confirmation.
$1.00 is for the bubble mailer I must purchase to mail your shoes.
    $0.48 is the Paypal fee.

I think that your invoice is fair, and I will not "half it" and send you another. The first-class postage is a guesstimate, and whatever remains will be refunded once the shoes have been shipped out. I don't want to get to the post office and realize that the postage will cost more than what I received via invoice. Also, I don't have a whole lot of experience with first-class postage so if you're saying it's steep, then I guess it's steep? But I will refund the remainder once everything has been shipped out.

I will mail it to the address you just messaged me with, no problem.

Sorry about the white shoes; I had a lot of other orders to take care of. That was why I posted a running tally of all the shoes in the thread.

    Thanks,
    Briana
After the shoes arrived, she left me an entirely unnecessary neutral (or rather, "semi-negative" as she called it) feedback about the entire transaction, and misconstrued many details about the transaction. I, of course, am contesting it here. End of story.
