NEGATIVE Feedback for wrxgal. tl;dr - joined group order, refuses to pay.

I had posted in multiple places and multiple times in my group order rules not to join if unable to pay on time. Our items are removed from 4D's regular stock and held until paid for so that we are guaranteed our items. I estimated the payment due date at the end of April.

Wrxgal joined my Vier4D order on March 28th. I replied and she emailed me back again, so she was able to get my emails.

On May 4th I emailed with the order total and payment due. I did not receive a reply or payment. Every email I sent regarding payments included my Paypal email.

May 8th I went ahead and paid 4D, including wrxgal's amount from my own funds, to get our items shipped to us.

May 11th I emailed again with the order total in case the previous email was not received.

May 14th I emailed a third time. By that time the order had arrived and I could also invoice for shipping at the same time. She did email back and I was given a zipcode so that I could estimate domestic shipping costs. I emailed back about three hours later with the total cost including domestic shipping.

May 16th I was finally emailed back stating wrxgal would take cheaper shipping, but no payment was sent. I sent a Paypal invoice to her email and sent a regular email stating:

It took you two days to tell me you're taking cheaper shipping, but
you didn't send payment. I'm not shipping until you pay.

I have sent you a paypal invoice to this email since you still have
not sent payment. If it is not paid within 24 hours, I will be leaving
negative feedback and selling your items to somebody else.

At this point she has had 12 days to pay for her group order items.

And I received this reply:

Well if u have to be rude about it. I've been super busy. I'll just leave it at that. I'll send when I can. If u need to leave me negative feedback then do as you need to do

Um please show me where I ordered from you on den of angels? show me the private messages that were sent from this specific board. There are not any. This was a totally different message board in which I contacted you. I have replied to you multiple times, please do not bring this here, where it doesn't apply. You can email me directly instead of trying to ruin my reputation everywhere. That is downright evil

The order was posted in multiple places using all of the same information in my rules. All correspondence was via email, as I have requested since DOA first started having outages a couple of years ago. That way everybody in the order can be contacted regardless of the forum's status and I won't have problems with overfilled PM boxes. I never got all of wrxgal's information when she joined the order, all I had was a list of items to be ordered. She did not mention in any of her order emails which forum she was joining from. I do not have any private messages on any other forums or venues regarding this order from her.

She had asked about paying for the order right away in her first emails. Since the order close date was more than a month out and I would have to estimate shipping, we decided it would be better if she waited. I took that as her intent to pay, and did not hassle her over the other details.

I will happily provide all of the emails I sent and received regarding this transaction.

I did page her on another forum on May 14th, because she had been visibly active there between the times I had emailed her. She had also been visibly active here on DOA, in the marketplace, during the same times. The culture of being paged on the other forum is less negative than here, and I had hoped that we could resolve this then.

Regardless, the 24 hours she had to pay her invoice went up yesterday. Since she refused to pay on time, I cancelled the Paypal invoice and sold her items to someone else.
