I am here to share so much excitement! I had been wanting to come in here for the past 2 weeks and type in all caps that I was getting a chocopuki lily!!! Yay! She arrived on Saturday and I love her so much. I am still amazed that I have my grail doll. I am still looking for the right wig for her (finding a wig that looks good with the chocolate resin is harder than it looks) and looking for some glass eyes, but she is beautiful. I can't stop staring at her.

Definite congratulations, redmaiko. I was originally going to get a ChocoPipi but ended up with a ChocoCupid. I still want a Pipi and a Lily. The ChocoPukis are awesome!

Thanks everyone!! It's true that you normally think of the larger dolls as grail dolls. That seems to be more common. I just adore her! Here she is in her unfortunate first meeting with Tasuki and Miaka. Oh boy!! lol

Redmaiko: Congratulations, for your choco Lily. Isn´t it funny how you just can´t stop stairring them once you got them. When I had mine I all most took her work with me. I hope to see more of her/him here soon...

I have a question for everyone. Has anyone ever had a problem with the s-hook in the ball of the wrist not moving? Tasuki has always had that problem, but I was afraid to tackle it. Ophelia has the same issue though, and I feel I must finally address the problem. It is like there is a stray piece of resin in there from casting, but I can't see anything in there as it is so tiny. I will have to get out a magnifying glass I think. I can provide a picture if it doesn't make sense. I took the ball of the wrist out of the arm and I am hoping to figure it out. If anyone has some info or can point me to another thread that addresses it that would be great! Thank you in advance!

redmaiko I have a similar problem with one of my Pukifee (so you are not alone) - but I have been too chicken to try and fix it, so I'd love to hear any one else's solutions!

I think sometimes it may be a bit too much super glue. You might try putting the hand ans ball in the feezer. The magnet may come loose too and have to be reglued.

Quick question: I have a Ruby on the way, and will be getting glass eyes for her. I've looked but haven't come across the answer: high dome or low dome? Or does it make a difference at all?

BTW, redmaiko, speaking of eyes, I've seen so many of your pics, and I love your bold eye choices. Really love. Just wanted to mention it.

Zoey has her new face now, and it's totally adorable! I'm going to try rather hard to take photos of her this afternoon. (What more often happens is that I stare at how cute she is and forget to pick up the camera). >.>

tumble: Thank you!! I love bold colors, especially for eyes. For your eye dome question: It really depends on the mold. I would think you would be ok with both high and low dome. I have some high domes in my Ruby and they seem to fit fine. It would probably also depend on the manufacturer since they can vary some. Which reminds me I still need to order some low domes for Cassandra...lol

Low domes work best on my pong, although some high domes are ok too; in my cupid I found high domes don't sit well at all, which is odd seeing how large the eye sockets are in the first place. Low domes definitely for my pipi, and so far I have no preference for my piki.
