A quick question - when I ordered my light tan Rosy, I asked Supia if I could order the wig she's wearing in the light tan promo pics. I got a reply a day or two ago, and they wrote this:
Thank you for your love for Supia Doll.
We've made Rosy's hair style in the picture by braiding a general Sobazu (waved) without bangs. Unfortunately, the wig used for this is not for sale.
We're sorry about that.
No problem, of course - but... what on earth is a general Sobazu wig? I've googled it and can only find something called a "Friendly Sobazu" or some such on the Dollmore site - but those wigs all have bangs. Does anyone here know what I should be looking for?
Ooooh, thanks!! The carrot one looks close! I may give that one a try. Maybe 7 inches will work out... if I stretch it. Although it of course won't be as long as the original one. Thank you very much for your help!

So I got around to restring Elisabeth completely yesterday.. And boy what an improvement!! And I have NO idea what I did! x'D Weird right?
Normally I am okay with restringing dolls...
And Elisabeth is back to normal

Marha, did you use new/thicker elastic string, or just restring her with the original string? 'Cause my Rosy is hella floppy and needs some help!

Thanks, Marha! I love an easy fix! Will try restringing my girl later today. Maybe you just pulled the elastics tighter?
I received my Muse last year and she is still nice and tight, a solid poser, but poor Rosy just flops all over the place!

I am trying to convince my hubby to get me a SD for Christmas, so he can save up. I want to get my Supia Roda or Rosy in Urethane resin this time. My Roda is French Resin and she is soooo yellow, I need to re-shell her asap.
This is her current state with my other dolls from Christmas 2010.

She's the older body, and i'm unsure where the wig came from, she came with her when I bought her off the marketplace.
Running in to share a pic of Aithne. She'll have fur wigs whenever not doing anything important... fiber ones can get so unkempt if you leave them on. Getting some fur in the mail and making her more.
