I will never buy from this seller again.
There were multiple things that went really wrong with this seller, that it's not even funny.
I was selling my Dod kirill and she wanted to trade her Custom House (Ainai) Yeondu for it without any money in middle. I didn't want to do even trade, because Ainai dolls are half worth nowadays since everyone gets them in a event. She told me that her doll's faceup was made by professional artist and her doll was clean and pretty. The doll had a Brown wig in pictures and she had another doll with black wig in
other pictures, which looked like they were quality wigs. We discussed about things and she offered to give me one wig, which she valued to be 25$ and she gave me 25€, so I decided to do the trade and I was quite happy with it. I told her I would like the black wig if it was possible.
Then she decided, that we would both pay the sending for the doll that we were going to send and she told me that she wanted me to send her doll as insured and wanted me to pay it, and I did. And she sent mine insured (by fedex).
Well, the doll arrived and it had 3 broken fingers (two on other and one in other), the doll had stains (which I removed) and the faceup wasn't good even if she told me it was. When I took it off, I coudn't get the stuff out of her lips, so the lips are stained, I have no idea what the "artist" had used on them. The wig she sent me, wasn't either one of the wigs we talked about (I said I wanted the black one, but the brown one was good too) and she had sent me some really rundown cheap grey wig, that I can't even think to be worth more than 10$.
The doll was packed -really- loosely. She had some bubble wrap and two pillows on the box, but there was really much space inside the box, so the doll had flew all around the box and it was in odd position in a corner when I got her from it, and I suppose that's why her fingers were broken. I contacted Lithis immediately and she told me that she'll contact fedex, but she didn't want to lift a finger to get me new hands for my doll and she wanted me to contact Ainai and get new hands. It was really hard and would be expensive to get new hands from Ainai and they didn't want to sell them to me, because I hadn't bought the doll from them.
Fedex contacted me and asked questions and I told what I knew, that the box was intact and the doll had bubblewrap and pillows, but Lithis didn't get the insurance money. So, she just first told me that she's not going to pay for the broken hands, since she didn't get the insurance money, because I didn't LIE to fedex. It seemed she would have wanted me to say that the box was broken, even thought it wasn't. She then accused me of tampering with the doll, even though I contacted her immediately. I told fedex and Lithis that the new hands would cost 65$, because Ainai doesn't offer cheaper shippings. (You can check this by going to the site and trying to buy hands.) She told me that she would not pay, since she didn't believe this and she only paid me 15$ and told me to look for the hands elsewhere. And I'm pretty sure I can't find Custom House Junior hands anywhere, since they aren't for sale normally and I had to request for them specially.
I am really furious about this. The only good thing I can say that she was fast and nice.. until there were problems and she didn't want to deal with them.
