Jane, thank you so much for pointing out something which I've often wondered about and that's the cut-out space in the back of the legs. I guess I never figured it out, because most of my girls either stand are sit in chairs and it never occurred to me that there was a reason for the design! You learn something new every day...Thanks!

    Lovely, lovely girls everyone!

Woooo! I just went and ordered the last Hamilton sister :D

I didn't have to wait for the pre-order at DT for the Elf body, as I first thought.
Oriental skin was in stock, and if all goes well she will come home in 3 weeks (about 4 months earlier than expected!)
She will be Sia on the Elf body, and her name is Grace.
I'm so excited.. soon I will have to take a new family portrait :D

I think I have followed you around on all the boards Zozo but each time I have read this news I have broken out into a HUGE grin!!!
I really am so pleased for you!!!

And I am so looking forward to seeing another Sia.......I only really know of Scarlett Empress's Millie and Mo's one.
It is a sculpt that is hardly ever seen
    Have fun!

*laughs* Jane, you are so sweet! :D Thank you for being excited with me!
Grace's eyes came in today, and it makes it a little more real. In a few days she'll be flying home, and I so hope that Customs will be kind..

I went to look at your friend's Sia, Millie on Flickr earlier today, and she is so adorable, full of mischief! I have a slight suspicion that my Grace might be the rebel of the family, too.

Calphedoll I would love to hear how you are getting on with the tan resin .....I am very tempted to have a tan DT doll one day.

Are there 'rub' marks around the area of the joints?
    Have fun!

cbnloo5: What a lovely compliment, thank you so much! I love to dress my girls and to decorate their rooms - I enjoy the challenge to find things that would more or less fit in their era :) It's a very slow process, but that adds to the fun.

Calphedoll: What adorable girls you have! Did you make their dresses? They are so cute.

I was thinking of ordering a Deogi on a 7yr body the next preorder, but I can't decide between freshskin and orientalskin. Does anyone have any opinions one way or the other?

I prefer oriental skin - but that's because I don't like the paler skintones.

Thank you! I don't mind the paler skintones. I like it more on the pinker side than the yellow though. Jane, can you direct me to any of your photos that show them together. Pretty please.

I don't really have any clear photos side by side to show resin colour clearly.......and there is no point in me taking one, as my freshskin Seola7 is very badly yellowed.
I bought her knowing she was like this.

But here is a photo of my girls......Seola7 freshskin, Ganga oriental colour resin.

Freshskin is on the left and the oriental resin on the right which has a more pink tone to it.
    Have fun!

4 of my girls are freshskin, and it's lovely. I did have a boy in orientalskin and he looked sunkissed beside the freshskin girls. Either color is really nice.

Thanks!!! Your girls are so sweet!! So oriental skin is more on the pink side than the fresh skin? Yeah, I probably couldn't go wrong either way.
