Ok, so this is gonna sound weird... but hi, everyone. ><' So... I'm Chibi's personal friend and just like you, I haven't received much from her since before Christmas, but today, me and another friend of her, Fran Briggs here on DoA, received a message from her (which she sent on the 18th but only came through now) asking for some help, and here I am. She's going through serious psychological issues that avoid her from using the internet because of panic (and she already went after a psychologist), but she doesn't want to harm anyone, so she asked us to take care of her things here... so.

Everyone who's waiting to have something shipped from her (the buyers of York and Breccia): please give me your addresses via PM, and Fran will send it to her via text. Me and Fran speak daily via Skype, so as soon as I receive your addresses, she's sending them to Chibi.

For who's waiting for a payment from her: her mom is sending the payment for the Miyu she's buying, so no worries there. You should receive it without any delays, as she assured us.

If any of you want to get into direct contact with her, you can PM me and I'll give you another e-mail of hers which her mom opens for her when she doesn't feel able to - but please refrain from sending aggressive messages. :/

That's it for now, unfortunately when she disappears like that its hard even for her friends to reach her... but she has recognized the problem and is looking for a solution. Please let me know if you need anything else and I'll try my best or ask her friends in Rio to try as well.

Helga -- If she sent either via EMS or Priority mail, you should be able to track it here: http://www.track-trace.com/post It will redirect you to the Brazilian tracking service. Unfortunately it appears that the prices for shipping in the Brazilian postal service have gone up, so maybe it actually took the EMS amount to pay just the Priority or something... she has not given me any details on this matter, only that she shipped your Keny in the beginning of January. :/ I hope he gets to you soon!

On January 15 I opened a dispute on PayPal and I had to escalate it to a claim right away. I had no choice as PayPal said “your seller is currently unable to respond to this dispute” and offered to escalate into a claim.
Last night PayPal decided in my favor and issued money. I will find out if that was Chibi’s money or that was covered by PayPal’s own money. If the doll arrives to me, I will refund the money right away. But only after I receive the doll.

I have got your PM and forwarded it to Fran! She's texting Chibi and will paste it on her Skype so she sees it whenever she comes online. I'll pass it through to Chibi's mom as well. :3

She's slowly coming back and she reappeared at the Brazilian BJD forum a little, so hopefully we might all have word from her soon.

Just wanted to pop in and say my transaction with her is finished. She did not pay by the deadline I gave her (which was a lot more than we agreed on first) and refunded her the first layaway payment back minus 25 percent (I state in my thread layaway's require a non-refundable 25 percent deposit) it has cleared my paypal and is in hers now. I hope she can get better and sort things out, thanks.

I have some good news. I finally received the doll on February, 13. He was sent via regular post and I was surprised by the fact it only took a month to arrive in here. He is in a good condition + his face up is nice. I'm very glad
I contacted PayPal and now I'm waiting for their respond because I don't know who refunded the money: Chibi or PayPal. Once I get the respond, the money will be given to whoever refunded to me.
