A cocotribe ruby in grey skin and a cocotribe wakeup ruby in violet skin

* When did you order?
Middle of October 2011 and end of same month, 2011.

* How was the communication?
Nice and friendly, fast and full of details, very careful and caring.

* How easy was it to pay?
Easiest, I asked for a paypal invoice with total, and I've paid it.

* How long did it take to ship?
Production time, very fast shipment.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, it is. love the bunnies.

* How easy was it to pay? Yes. Since Edendoll is local, I directly transferred money to their bank account.
* How long did it take to ship? 2 months, arrived at Edendoll on 21st Dec 2011. I picked it up on 23rd Dec 2011
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the doll is very well made
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? She looks exactly the same as in the promotional photos!

Yes, it is. love the kimonos. they also have a little hole for bunny tails!

It was fantastic, they always replied back to me within a day or two and is always friendly!
Edendoll didn't have Doll Chateau dolls listed on their site so I couldn't order them and so, I contacted them and they were quick to list them on their site for me~

Wonderful customer service!

* How easy was it to pay?
Easy, they sent me an invoice!

* How long did it take to ship?
He was shipped on 13/07.
Arrived in my country on 17/07.
I got him on 18/07.

Four months waiting period.
(No fault to Edendoll as DC is known for long waiting periods lately.)

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
He looks so much better!

* Were you satisfied with the product?
I am very satisfied with the doll, just not the waiting time.
I was promised 2 months which delayed to 4 months.
(DC's fault, not Edendoll as they are just the agent.)

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
N/A.

Definitely would be back again if the opportunity arises!

Sure, if I like the items!

First of August 2012

* How was the communication?
Nice and friendly, fast and full of details, very careful and caring.

Easiest, just sent payment via paypal ^_^

Production time, very fast shipment.

Yes, it is. there is some marbling on the legs, but it's more than normal with coloured skins.

Yes, even better!

* What did you order? Mystic Kids 1/4 Evelyn Fullset
* When did you order? January 8th, 2013
* How was the communication? Great! I was notified when my order was shipped. I had asked them a question beforehand and they responded quickly.
* How easy was it to pay? Easy through PayPal. I like their system; you send payment, then submit the transaction number on the order page.
* How long did it take to ship? It was extremely fast, just three weeks (likely since MK is a new company). It shipped on January 31st, 2013.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely, plus both the doll and fullset package (outfit, shoes, wig, eyes, face up) were on sale.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? This doesn't have to do with Eden Doll, but yes.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Again, this has little to do with Eden Doll, but I couldn't be happier!
* Would you order from this company again? I would love to order from Eden Doll again, I like their service.
