i cant believe how ppl can be this decieving!!! all my experience with ebay was pleasant so far, dealt with more than superb sellers and have always been a pleasant buyer--always paid promptly -- but seeing so many horror stories and buyers suffering from unresponsible sellers i really question how people can be that er.. how to put it mild... no, on second thought i cant put it mild.. it really makes me crazy to think we, as your fellow forum members, can do nothing to support you against this rather unprofessional seller..
i do hope you get back what you deserve soon!!

    I hope so too.
Ouf of all the sellers/buyers Ive encountered on eBay in thr past year (LOTS!) there have only been two who have been a problem.
One was a genuine scam artist, and I was naive enough to fall for it as I was ordering other things at the same time, I sort of let me guard down.
The other was this girl-every other seller Ive bought from has been polite, charming and friendly! They've apologised for delays, even chatted..because that way you get good feedback.

Ive started hand-sewing again (hurts my hands like hell after about an hour, but my mini-sewer is only goof for five stitches or less!) so I can make my own accessories...when I get my dolls, I'l start making patterns from them.

That way when I start putting my hand-made simple kimono's on eBay, I can PROVE theyre MSD size (I think my bee-a will be a bit of a camera whore!)

Thanks everyone for your advice. I will be keeping an eye on this seller (is there a way to add her to my favourite sellers list without her knowing?) as 'Ebay Fraud' is her second iffy auction.
Im sure Paypal will eventually get my money back...and I will get her adress to post the dress back to.

    Thank you all!

What is that, 3 or 4 different complaints about this seller about unrelated issues in a pretty close time period? I wonder what the deal is.

The girl is doing the weird Obitsu auction again:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Obitsu-60cm-Su...QQcmdZViewItem

Id the mods want to merge this thread with the 'eBay Fraud' thread by Eveshka im fully behind it, as its the same seller, based in the UK.

She has messaged me to tell me that she has refunded me from her brothers Paypal has hers is locked. I guess this is how she is accepting payment for the Obitsu doll.P Probably also why she added the waiting time for delivery to Japan as she WILL post the item, not wanting to spoil her brothers reputation...although she still stands to scalp the bidder. Obitsu's retail for far cheaper than she thinks...

that sucks that you had to go through so much and you don't even get the dress out of it, but at least you got refunded-_-

If you don't mind, I'd like to make a dress similar to that for you, just because I think you deserve it! I've been told I'm a fair good sewer, and I have a few msd's who would be more than willing to help with measurements and fittingings^^

TooPunk2bPretty has already made me one! She's such a sweetheart...

Thanks to everyone who offered me a dress-all I wanted was something to cover up my doll's hooba's as my boyfriend made it perfectly clear I am not to cut the tops off of ANY of his socks

I will be leaving TooPunk2bPretty great feedback, although it technically wasnt a sale, and Ill photograph her dress in the first photo's I take of my two dolls...

I can't thank her enough! You've all been so sweet!

    and cake for all!

I bought one of her dresses some time ago and was as rudely surprized as you. What's so funny, the picture on your auction is the same one as was on mine.
I figured it was a crap shoot, especially since the pics were so poor. It looks like someone who doesn't have a whole lot of skills, but is trying to make a little money. I put it on a Barbie and gave it to the Goodwill.
Sorry to hear you had such a bad time as well. At least she shipped my "lovely" dress quickly.

Did you buy it for more than £3? If so, that was mine! (dont worry, I do NOT want it back)
Wonder who got the red and black dress she was selling at the same time? Poor buyer...

I think she told me it was lost in the post as she wanted to get more money for it. So she sold it on (to you), only I kept bugging her so she knocked off the other copy for me. Her paypal is locked so she refunded me from her brother's account.
I left her negative feedback despite the refund, seeing as I had to fight my way through Paypal to get it, and she lied in her auction, she just ignored all my e-mails.

Im so sad for you, you got ripped off by her too! Must sting that you paid for it to be shipped overseas and it was as crapp as it is.

I dont think she has a doll, to be honest. When she eas ripping off Eveshka's doll, she kept saying she got mixed up with a picture of 'her girl' and would use that one.
The next time she listed the auction...no photo! Just the manufacturers pcitures.

    She's a sly one....

Do you have any pics of the dress? Or did you get rid of it straight away?
