    I looked through all 6 pages of Company Reviews and didn't see a thread for 2011 Latidoll feedback, so I started one.

    * What did you order?
    Lati Yellow - Haru (Basic Version with face up), Lati White - Belle head (with face up), a Lati Yellow wig, a Lati White wig, a set of outfit for Lati Yellow (Mint Balloon). With the order exceeding USD$400, I am supposed to get an event head, it's a Lati Yellow Suji's head, I added face up for her.

    * When did you order?
    29th September 2011 (during their event period of September 23rd 2011 12:00 KST to October 3rd 2011)

    * How was the communication?
    I did not communicate with the company until today. They didn't email me that they have sent out the package. The postman unexpectedly appeared at my doorstep and delivered the package. Suprise! I posted a question on the Q&A board today regarding the missing event head, I will update when I get an answer.

    Update with Lati's reply:
    We are really sorry to know that we made you surprise! The head could not be shipped together because we are still doing the makeup for it. All Suji heads with makeup will be shipped in the end of November

    * How easy was it to pay?
    I used the LG Dacom Online Payment service linked by Latidoll, I remember it was pretty easy.

    * How long did it take to ship?
    I ordered on 29th September 2011 and received the package today, 18th November 2011. I thought it would be a long wait for me.

    * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
    Yes, both Haru and Belle's head are lovely.

    * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
    Haru look more smiley in the sales picture, besides that, yeah, Haru and Belle look like the sales pictures. The event head is not in the package, so I can't compare.

    * Were you satisfied with the product?
    For the items that are with me, yeah.

    * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
    I am satisfied, just worried that the company won't give me the event head now. Waiting for reply. Will update this post once I get a reply.

    Update: Relieved~ Will wait patiently for the event head.

    * Would you order from this company again?
    I don't know, this is the first time I ordered from this company and they missed out the event head, I made the order because I want the event head. And I have read quite a number of lousy reviews prior to my ordering, but decided to try my luck as I really like the event head.

    Update: I think I might order from them again soon after reading their reply, I just hope they would inform customers earlier regarding this instead of scaring me.

    * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
    Yes, if the condition is good.

    Nov 2nd

    * How was the communication?
    N/A

    * How easy was it to pay?
    Very, used paypal

    * How long did it take to ship?
    Shipped on Dec 1st, so it was within their range for shipping times (30-35 days)

    * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
    I think so, not entirely sure as it is my first body. There are very small seams on her legs and feet and a tiny blue stain in the ball of her left hand that couldn't be removed with magic eraser.

    * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
    Yes.

    * Were you satisfied with the product?
    Yes.

    * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
    N/A

    * Would you order from this company again?
    Yes if there continues to be examples such as mine where there were no issues or delays in shipment. Definitely will if a replacement part is needed (don't see many Lati sales threads).

    * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
    Yes.

    Does anyone know the dates that Latidoll.com is open?

    They're currently accepting orders for their limited edition "Wizard of Oz" dolls (Lati Yellow), until July 25th. For the basic dolls, they'll be accepting orders from August 1 to 22. I hope this helps!
