Thread: Luts Honey Delf Discussion part 2

rubyheart hahaha aw <3 well HDF and LTF do work really well together in terms of looking like they belong together as well!

i don't like to post starla in here too much because obviously she's not on-topic for the thread but:

i'm convinced that LTFs and HDFs make the very best siblings <3

Hi! I'm not sure if it's been mentioned before but what scale furniture work best with Honey Delfs?
Also, they can fit YOSD-sized clothes, right?
I'm getting a Choco LHD pretty soon and this is my first BJD so I want everything to be perfect ^^
    Thanks so much!

Hey everybody. I have to say that I'm really enjoying lurking around looking at pictures of everyone's honey delfs! They're all so cute, it's a sure fire way to cheer myself up, haha.

I had a question. I recently bought my Taffy a new wig, so I thought I'd get her a new outfit or two. Do you guys have any places you would suggest for buying HDF clothing other than LUTS? I've seen an outfit or two on Etsy I'm considering, but the more options, the better.

Hi ChronicallySpaced! My HDF hasn't arrived yet so I can't test out the clothes I bought for her. Although I read that most Yo-SD clothing fits HDF's. So if you search that term on Etsy a lot of clothes come up. I also hear littlefee clothing is a pretty good fit too.

you need play scale or 1/6th scale furniture unless you want them to look like little kids in an adult world them you need to get furniture for msd or sd size.
and yes they can wear yo-sd or littlefee sized clothes and shoes

also for seating, look at some of the candle holders for pillar candles.
(I'll try to get a photo of one we're using)

Karasu's favorite chair is a candle holder that I bought from the Halloween close out at Target last year.

@auntbear i never thought of buying MSD-size for them since they're supposed to be kids! that opens up a bit more of a range of possibilities!

also for those asking about furniture, it's a little bit pricey sometimes and often not very well-made, but barbie furniture generally fits them quite well! it's stupid and plastic but they are sometimes cute and they're definitely easy to find haha.

The product page for the HDF Type 2 body is up!

    http://www.eluts.com/shop/step1.php?number=6444

What a strange trend, 'upgrading' to single-jointed limbs. Interesting, though, that it seems to still have the mobility joint in the legs.

My Choco has been shipped! I ordered her with the body type 2 before I really knew what the difference was. I hope I don't regret it. :/ But I suppose I can always order the other body type if I don't like it.

My mum gave me a free trip to Greece this summer, so I'm thinking of buying a Lolly as a thank you present to her. My mum doesn't own any dolls but I know that she loves Lolly. I just can't decide if I should buy a normal skin Lolly or the new brown skin one. Both are super adorable

Steampunk party last weekend. I'll have to get a better photo of Karasu's chair for you, but it's a candle holder for a pillar candle (no spike) shaped like a skeletal hand.
