      Ordered Batchix's Machina Epsilon in grey resin.

      November 2011

      Perfect. Batchix is very warm.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Extremely easy, though I live in Asia and Batchix is located in America.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      There was the initial wait while the dolls were being fabricated, but once they were released to Batchix, I got mine to me within two weeks. Bear in mind that I also ordered an artist-cast accessory from her. Additionally, Batchix knows I am allergic to wheat and sent me gluten free ginger snaps! Talk about above and beyond service!

      Yes. Also, I think I'm spoiled, because this was my very first BJD.

      Exactly like.

      Lagoon arrived in February 2012 and Gamma in March 2012. When I ordered Lagoon, she was in stock, but Gamma was a preorder.

      It could not have been more perfect! :)

      Paypal--extremely easy!

      Lagoon shipped immediately, and Gamma shipped once he was in stock!

      Oh, definitely. I think the quality is extremely affordable for the price.

      I ordered two Lagoons (one in NS and one in BW) and am currently waiting for a Mini Machina!

      Whenever the Lagoons were available for preorder and whenever minimachina were up for preorder!

      Communication with Batchix has always been fantastic! she always takes the time to answer all of my questions! <3

      She shipped Lagoon in less then a week. There was a mix up from the casters (no fault of hers) so there was a slight delay to make sure customers were getting what they would be happy with. Otherwise it was super fast, and again that delay wasnt her fault... she wanted make sure everyone was happy with the end product!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Beyond appropriate! the Lagoons are so well made and im sure Mini Machina will be as well!

      Yes! Identical or very close to it! :)

      Extremely! again everything was beautiful and exceptionally well made!

      Excellent! I could always get ahold of Batchix when I needed. she always replied quickly and she was super sweet/helpful

      I paid by layaway so she sent me her email and i sent it by pp

      Since it was a preorder it took a while for the dolls to be cast, but Batchix had a super fast turn around time from when she had the dolls in had to when they were in the post. I want to say I had my boy within a week of batchix getting them from the manufacturer

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      It was better than expected! He has such beautiful resin, and he had seam sanding

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yup, she didnt photoshop them up like some companies, plus she has lots of in-progress shots of the sculpting so I knew exactly what i was getting into. It was great being able to see her pictures before purchasing

      I absolutely ADORE my boy. I had been waiting for him for years before he was released, and im just over the moon. One of those dolls that i wouldnt part with in a million years. In my opinion the experience was better because i watched the in progress work, and buying direct from the artist was a dream.

      Excellent! As always, Batchix is warm and friendly, kept us all updated every step of the way, and quickly answered any questions I had. :)

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Paypal makes it very easy and her website is easy to navigate.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Not too long after she received them from the casting company, maybe a week or so? Very fast considering she's just one person, plus I'm outside of the US, which means extra paperwork.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Very much so. No seam lines, smooth resin with a nice weight to it, and very carefully engineered joints.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Absolutely!

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very satisfied~

      Absolutely. Batchix is wonderful to deal with and her dolls are lovely.

      The absolute best. Batchix is quick to respond in a very friendly fashion.

      Exceedingly easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Once the dolls arrived in country, I think maybe a week at the most? They got from California to here in Virginia very quickly!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. These are easily two of the highest-quality dolls I own, and I still feel like they were a bargain.

      Very much so. Lagoon looks even better in person, in my opinion, and she's beautiful in her sales photos.

      Extremely so. Both dolls came with glass eyes, a rarity any more for default eyes, and Lagoon came with a "welcome home" outfit from Batchix.

      * When did you order?
      I ordered the Delta in September, then Eta in early October.
      * How was the communication?
      I got an email from Batchix herself a couple hours after I ordered Delta telling me that she would ship in the next couple days. I later decided I wanted an Eta, but Batchix only had heads left over. I asked if she could put an Eta head on a Delta/Blip body and she got back to me right away saying she would love to do that. She walked me through the process of how to order it on her website. Overall, communication was friendly, helpful, and timely.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Super easy -- used paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Delta took about three days to ship. It shipped the day that my paypal payment cleared. Eta shipped in two days, which was actually before my payment cleared. I live close to where Batchix is located so the dolls arrived within a day or two of being shipped.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, everything from the quality of the resin and finishing to the carrying bag and little extras are good quality and worth the price.

      Yes.

      I had some damage happen to my high elf's finger and I couldn't find the piece that broke off. Sarah is so incredible and is making a newly casted set of hands in the color I dyed him. Incredible artist and even more amazing person!
