Ordered Batchix's Machina Epsilon in grey resin.

* When did you order?
November 2011

* How was the communication?
Perfect. Batchix is very warm.

* How easy was it to pay?
Extremely easy, though I live in Asia and Batchix is located in America.

* How long did it take to ship?
There was the initial wait while the dolls were being fabricated, but once they were released to Batchix, I got mine to me within two weeks. Bear in mind that I also ordered an artist-cast accessory from her. Additionally, Batchix knows I am allergic to wheat and sent me gluten free ginger snaps! Talk about above and beyond service!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes. Also, I think I'm spoiled, because this was my very first BJD.

Exactly like.

Very.

Based on my satisfaction in my first order, I have recently ordered an Eta Mini-Machina in white resin from Batchix.

A WS Lagoon, a Machina Gamma and a Machina Delta with an Eta faceplate.

* When did you order?
Lagoon arrived in February 2012 and Gamma in March 2012. When I ordered Lagoon, she was in stock, but Gamma was a preorder.

* How was the communication?
It could not have been more perfect!

* How easy was it to pay?
Paypal--extremely easy!

* How long did it take to ship?
Lagoon shipped immediately, and Gamma shipped once he was in stock!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Oh, definitely. I think the quality is extremely affordable for the price.

Yes, and even better!

The products are simply fantastic! I could not be happier with them!

I ordered two Lagoons (one in NS and one in BW) and am currently waiting for a Mini Machina!

* When did you order?

Whenever the Lagoons were available for preorder and whenever minimachina were up for preorder!

* How was the communication?

Communication with Batchix has always been fantastic! she always takes the time to answer all of my questions! <3

* How easy was it to pay?

Paypal makes everything easy!

She shipped Lagoon in less then a week. There was a mix up from the casters (no fault of hers) so there was a slight delay to make sure customers were getting what they would be happy with. Otherwise it was super fast, and again that delay wasnt her fault... she wanted make sure everyone was happy with the end product!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

Beyond appropriate! the Lagoons are so well made and im sure Mini Machina will be as well!

Yes! Identical or very close to it!

Extremely! again everything was beautiful and exceptionally well made!

No problems, but if there were i have no doubt it would be handled wonderfully!

um... November.. maybe? It was a preorder

* How was the communication?
Excellent! I could always get ahold of Batchix when I needed. she always replied quickly and she was super sweet/helpful

I paid by layaway so she sent me her email and i sent it by pp

* How long did it take to ship?
Since it was a preorder it took a while for the dolls to be cast, but Batchix had a super fast turn around time from when she had the dolls in had to when they were in the post. I want to say I had my boy within a week of batchix getting them from the manufacturer

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
It was better than expected! He has such beautiful resin, and he had seam sanding

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yup, she didnt photoshop them up like some companies, plus she has lots of in-progress shots of the sculpting so I knew exactly what i was getting into. It was great being able to see her pictures before purchasing

* Were you satisfied with the product?
I absolutely ADORE my boy. I had been waiting for him for years before he was released, and im just over the moon. One of those dolls that i wouldnt part with in a million years. In my opinion the experience was better because i watched the in progress work, and buying direct from the artist was a dream.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
No problems at all!

YES!

Though Id like to buy direct from Batchix again Id have no problem picking up an orphan on the mp, the dolls themselves are spectacular quality and deserve good homes

Gosh, once the dolls arrived to Batchix it shipped to me practically immediately. It did take a couple of months for the casting to finish, it hardly felt like a wait.
